Really enjoyed our experience! The pets are adorable and they try to protect them. When the otters are sleeping, they don't let you hold them in the otter experience, but you can pet them. We had so much fun!
Good, friendly service in English. Hedgehogs didn't seem to be bothered with me, wanted to nap and I felt bad bothering then, chinchilla was weird and fun, otters were incredibly adorable, even just to look at! 30 40 min I found were enough
Staff are very friendly and helpful, the animals are very cute. Little small and crowded though.
The animals are very cute. You get to hold chinchillas and hedgehogs. You can play eith the otters for an extra fee. You can still observe them. You get a free vending machine drink for every half hour you spend there.
One of the most memorable experience I have ever had. I love how informative the staff was an patient with me. If you are in Japan, this is a must visit.
Nice place to visit if you have some spare time. There’s a huge fluffy bunny, chinchillas, and hedgehogs you can pet. However they do charge extra if you want to pay with that otters. Admission comes with two free drinks and you can get from the vending machines.
Pay the extra to have play time with the otters, that's the best part. Otherwise you can spend time holding hedgehogs, chinchillas or petting the huge fluffy rabbit. There is a couple of different perspex cages the otters are in both outside and inside. They get rotated around through the day so that all get play time, but it honestly was a bit sad as some were alone in a cage and just running around doing laps. They swapped the otters over just before we had our play time so good to see they all get some hands on attention.
A wonderful kids and adults friendly place amongst the shopping district, with good ambience where everyone gets to mingle with chinchilla, otters and hedgehogs.
The place might get a little cramped when full house. The living spaces for the animals especially otters would need improvement.
Great place for animal lovers. The staff are very friendly and the otters are so cute! And also, you'll get a free coffee if you need any more insensitive to come here.
Fun place to hang out with otters, chinchillas, hedgehogs, and a really big hare! Adorable animals. You can play with the otters and feed them for an additional charge. You get a drink from a vending machine outside (1 per half hour) which is fairly decent tasting. Be warned that the otters can be very loud, especially when crying for food! If you choose to play with them, they may bite you randomly.
Great staff and time with animals! Make sure to book a reservation in advance for the otter experience!
Staff were amazing and super helpful. The animals are really cute. Would recommend coming and trying
Staff was super friendly. I booked the wrong day but they still accommodated. They are really busy, and it’s a really small space to keep all these animals, so it was really cramped during my experience.
My initial excitement was overshadowed by seeing such a small space where the animals were contained. Felt bad for the little guys. I hope they were adopted or animals in rehabilitation but I doubt it after my experience.
Toast is the only rabbit there, so this guy must get zero rest with the constant feeding and visitors. By the time I saw him, he seemed really over fed and fatigued. Same with the chinchillas, porcupines, and sea otters.
That being said I hope the animals aren’t there for long and get to experience more freedom.
In the future I will look for venues that gives their animals ample room and rest, alongside an understanding of their back story and what will happen to them after their career as a tourist attraction.
