Love love my new snowflake ring. Incredible craftsmanship and breathtaking design. Due to the pandemic we did not visit the store and decided to purchase online. Great experience with their customer service as they responded to my questions promptly.

ここで記念日の指輪を何本も作ったけど、スタッフの対応のせいで何もかもが台無しになった。自分たちの商品が客の人生にどう関わるか、全く理解していない。やはり人生の大事な瞬間を預けるなら、コンプラが確立された歴史のあるメゾンにするべき。
I bought rings for anniversaries here for years. But an amateur, rude staff ruined memories at once. If you don't want to stain your big day, buy your piece at the prestigious grand maison which has established compliance and education, not here.

First of all Kataoka is a pure art, so elegant and beautiful, very very classy brand. I have found this brand through Instagram and I fall in love completely. I thought it was a bit risky to order the rings online for our
upcoming wedding, and that I was not able to see/touch in person. But Anis was so helpful and kind, it all felt just right. We have received our rings in time, all beautifully wrapped up and with our engravings. They look even more beautiful then in pictures and we could not be happier! Amazing brand! Amazing service! We are very happy, and I can not keep my eyes off my ring! If you go for a class and elegance, Kataoka is what you are looking for! Highly recommended!

We went to to the store in New York and we were made to feel very welcome and received an incredible professional service. We love the design and the ethos behind the brand. We are currently in Tokyo so looking forward to pop by to check it out.

The most beautiful jewelry I have ever seen. I bought an engagement ring and a ring for my first baby and my wife loved both. We are still amazed by the delicacy and harmonious balance of the details. Many of her friends asked if it was antique and/or asked if it is a unique piece. I orderer the Victoria ring here and it is beautiful. The craftsmanship is unbelievable. It is gorgeous, delicate and elegant. It is the best ring I've ever had and Anis is so helpful and kind to help me with the order.

I contacted the store ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock that was listed on their website. They confirmed they had it and I made a trip down there to see the item in person. Miki is the store manager and was really sweet and welcoming. We were offered tea and she discussed all the details of the jewelry and warranty with us. I was worried that I would have to wait a bit since the items are made to order but I was able to leave with the necklace that day. I got lots of compliments and the quality is fantastic. If you want to invest in a piece of jewelry that will always make you smile, i recommend Kataoka.

I visited Kataoka six years ago on my first trip to Japan after seeing an exquisite ring on line. Gorgeous, unique pieces. I get compliments on my ring regularly.

A beautiful little Atelier with the most wonderful atmosphere and gentle, knowledgeable staff, set in a quiet homely neighborhood. The jewelry is poet and effortless - the kind you know will be a treasured keepsake for life. Well worth any visit, should you be in Tokyo.
