Everything about them is professional.
Based on my observation, staffs average skill sets are pretty high.
My favorites are Takeuchi-owner and Misato-san! They are superb!

Got a permanent straightening root touch up, fringe cut and treatment. Amazing results!
The staff are welcoming, respectful and pay attention to detail and the vibe in the salon is very relaxing.

Lovely salon and staff! Warm and welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was last month for a haircut and color. I was so pleased that I returned today for a perm and color. Once again, Kengo-san did a super job! Luv my perm! It's perfect!

I have been going to this hairdresser’s for more than six years. As I have very curled hair, love their moisture straight treatments - without causing any damage to the hair, I can get my hair straight and also shiny. Hair coloring is very satisfying as well - I do have my ‘go to’ color here and no single complaints about it. Hair cut technique is quite outstanding - I always ask for the owner’s haircut.
Customer service is always professional and pleasant.
Highly recommend for those people who are struggling to find the reliable hairdresser’s to go to - they will understand your characteristics of the hair and get to know your style so that you can commute for a long time!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

1- The website clearly mentions that it’s an English and French speaking salon, but communication in English was really difficult, and communication in French was poor.

2- I stopped being their client (After a disastrous haircut once / and a makeup session + a simple hair styling for my birthday party, that I ended up paying more than 8.000¥. One of their hair stylists did my makeup because they apparently forgot that I have mentioned the makeover. The makeup was awful, so one of my friends re-did my makeup before the party. (I was too shy to point that out).

3- I did not want to leave any bad reviews after these bad experiences. However, today, I accompanied my husband « as usual » to his haircut appointment, and was astonished by the rudeness and disrespect of the owner Kengo. Indeed, he greeted only my husband (and not me). After that, one member of his staff suddenly covered me with a blanket (at the reception?) without asking me if I was okay with it (Eventhough I kindly mentioned that I did not want to). I wanted to get some explanation from the owner, but he briefly talked to me, asked me to wait a bit, and suddenly started chatting and laughing with one of his clients. I quickly explained the situation to my husband who decided to leave right away without getting his hair cut. After that, the owner tried to explain the situation to my husband (and of course acted as if I did not exist, and as if I haven’t been offended).

I highly disrecommend this salon.

NB: I am a foreigner and my husband is Japanese.

暖かいけど窓が開いており、CO2は800ppm台前後でした。しかしお客さんが増えると1000ppmを超える可能性も。。。

2021年6月、窓解放で、窓の横で600ppm 。入り口が閉まっているせいでしょうが、冷房のためにこの程度？

I have been going to Ke' International Salon for many years. Kengo is the best stylist in town and excellent in styling my thick and course hair.

The salon is located in a very charming part of Shinjuku and it had really nice interiors to match that. I had my first ever hair appointment in Japan with Kaori-san. I indicated in my booking that I am an English speaker and all the staff that attended to me spoke good English too. We first discussed what I wanted to do with my hair and how I usually wear it. I liked how they showed me the bill before starting the service (no surprises here!). Towards the end, she gave tips on how to condition and style my hair. They had iPad/tablets if ever you need entertainment and the coffee they served was good too.

Overall, I had a really pleasant experience here and I will be returning in a couple of months.

They can accept the diversity, talk in English and are so funny. I’m a person who can’t decide what I want to do my hair though Kengo always gives me a lovely advise! Highly recommend!

Had my hair cut by Kengo san. I really liked the way he cut and styled it. Everything was perfect. Awesome service. Reasonable prices. Will definitely return.

Ladies, if you are looking for the best hair salon in Tokyo - you just found it!

I've been a great fan of Ké International for 3 years now and only let Kengo touch my hair. He's very talented and experienced with "Western" hair as he worked in France. I always go here for my perms and colouring. The results are always spectacular and timely. A wonderful overall experience!

The salon is located in the cute Kagurazaka area and has a very cozy decoration. Definitely do your hair in Japan, as the prices in Europe are triple the amount.

Having read great recommendations on Expat Groups online, I'm really glad that I reached out to make an appointment with Kengo. This is the first salon in Tokyo that I have visited, had a great experience and loved the final result!

Get my haircuts with Kengo-san at Ke International. Friendly staff and always love the cuts they do!

Such caring staff and they are able to speak English. Also a discount for first time foreign customers. It was such a nice leisure experience. The owner also speaks french.

I’ve been coming to Ke Salon since February last year and I never ever had a bad experience. Everybody is always accomodating and friendly from when you arrive at the reception until they escort you back to the elevator after. Kengo knows what looks best on you and offers his advice without forcing it. They always try to make your appointment as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

このお店で耳が血だらけになりました。
血だらけはオーバーですが、耳が切れました。
耳はハサミではなく、クシで切れました。
何回も何回もクシが耳と顔の間のところに当たってました。
痛かったけど、そういうものなのかなと思ってたんですよ。
でも家帰って見てみたら出血の後と瘡蓋が出来かけていて…

何回も通っていて、上手な美容師さんだなと思ってたんですけど、
いつもと違う方にやってもらったら、耳が切れるという…

明らかにあれは、ウチにはもう来るな！というメッセージなんだろうな。
