待つ場合、5組前になれば電話をくれるシステムなので別の場所で待つことも可。しかし、あと何組なのかはわからず、30分程待って店員に聞いたらあと2時間くらいと発覚。ランチでそんなに待つなら最初から並ばなかった。時間の無駄でした

Really really good. The bill can creep up fast, however the quality is there to back it up. Be prepared for a long wait

Had to wait for 90 minutes and expected some outstanding sushi at the end of it but this was not to be. A miserable experience

Convenient location close to Tokyo Station, serving good sushi in a fun environment. Waiting times can be long though.

Went at 2pm on a weekday. 15 min wait. Great tasting fish at large portions and good prices. The sushi masters make a lot of noise though, so don’t expect a peaceful meal

Had a good experience at this location, sushi was very good, the staff was friendly, and the prices are affordable. You first have to get a ticket at the kiosk machine, then wait till your number is call. It’s little difficult to use kiosk machine due to language, it’s best to wait for assistance. There might be wait, which in Japan that’s a good sign. Lots of local eat there. Cool spot highly recommended.

Taste is good, reasonably priced as well. But prepare to wait for 1+ hours during lunch and dinner

Waited 1.5 hours for a seat on a Friday evening. The sushi was not as good as expected. The raw fishes were not defrosted too well, they were either too cold or became watery and the sushi chef didn't seem to have the right skill. He just put the prepared raw fish meat on top of the rice and then squeezed them together. Though it is a conveyor belt sushi place, local people usually don't take the sushi from the belt but order directly with the waiters or chefs, and I saw the sushi on the belt dried up and might have even turned back. Overall the ambience was good. With the restaurant situated in such a cosy high end shopping mall, then the price can't be too competitive.

Heck of a wait (90min on a Saturday at 7pm) but a pretty good deal ($26 for enough sushi to make me feel guilty). Not a huge variety of fish, but excellent quality for the price. "Yuuuuuuuuup! "

Fun place to grab some fresh conveyer belt sushi! We waited about an hour, but it was entirely worth it. Our favorites were the tuna nigiri, scallops, and fried chicken. The sushi chefs were quick to make custom orders. The plates are color coded by price so be mindful as it will add up quick!

We came here twice for dinner since it was across the street from the Tokyo Station Hotel my family stayed at. There was about a 20-30 minute wait on a weekend late afternoon, but the staff makes it very efficient to get you seated.

The first time I mainly had whatever was on the conveyor belt but realized after the meal that we could order additional items over the counter. The second time we came back and I ordered 10 orders of otoro nigiri. AMAZING!

以前は行列して並びましたが、今は番号札を引いて待つタイプに変わりました。なので順番待ちの間に1つ上の階 (屋上) から東京駅の写真を撮ったりするのもお勧めです。
お寿司はもちろん、アツアツのざんぎ、美味しいです。

平日の18: 30から行列あり、なかなかの混み具合。ただ回転寿司だけに客の回転もいいのかわりと30分ほどで入店。
カウンター寿司レベルの寿司が廻ってる印象でした。お値段もそれ相応。

美味しいけど待ちます。開店前から1階のエスカレーター前に、行列ができます。
8/31金の実績：受付時刻11: 25、受付番号35番 (33組待ち) 、入店時刻12: 20ころで、約1時間待ち。
ちなみに、13: 00ころ入店していた方は、受付番号70番、受付時刻12: 25で、約35分待ちでした。

We came here around 8 and waited a bit. But the food here is fresh and delicate. A great choice for late night dinner.

The best conveyor belt sushi I’ve had so far in Japan. Spent around $45USD for two people for lunch - we were satiated but not stuffed. Get there early because the wait is long. We arrived around 11: 30AM, was quoted a 3 hour wait, but only ended up waiting about 1.5 hours. Many people ahead of us in line didn’t show right away so they skipped past them.

中標津や、根室、札幌って各店よく行くけど、
待ち時間めちゃくちゃ長い。
とくに、1時間も座って3皿しか食べない女性や会計終わっても新たに寿司食べてる男性とか、客のマナーが悪すぎる！
花まる各店のなかで、ダントツで最下位です。
ネタやサービスは、道内各店と変わらないだけに残念でした。
