20 一番良かったのは、部屋が写真とまったく同じように見えることです。建物はとても新しくてモダンです。家具は新しくて清潔で、とても使いやすかったです。
従業員の方のサポートがとても助かりました。

メトロレジデンス茗荷谷401号室に1ヶ月滞在しました。場所はとても新しくてきれいでした。バスルームのシンクは非常に小さく、水が飛び散りやすいですが、それ以外は大きな問題はありませんでした。茗荷谷駅から約10分、生協スーパーから徒歩2分の好立地です。素晴らしい滞在場所でした!
Used metro residence for quarantine purpose when I came back to Japan. The room was clean and comfortable. I was really happy with the cleanliness of the room. One note that if you want to work from the room you might want to bring extension cord. We can receive parcel as well. Very comfortable for my 10 days quarantine. A bit far from nearest station but within tolerable range. Thanks Metro Residence:)

I stayed from early september to mid-January 2022 in one of the apartment available. The reservation process was very smooth, the team is available for all questions. The apartment was located in Hachobori, the location was very good though a little bit noisy, but the inside was very clean and sufficiently furnished for a short or long term stay. I highly recommend their services!
2回目の利用です。2021年12月16日から2022年1月10日まで一時帰国で滞在しました。駅やバス停から近く、スーパーや他のお店も多く便利な場所でした。予約、滞在中に起きた問題への対処など、すべてメールで対応が早く、スムーズです。
I had an excellent experience with them. I was booking for a short term stay for finishing my quarantine requirements for returning to Japan, staying from 1/17/22 to 1/22/22.
They very quickly responded to my emails and call, and offered very good service that made my trip much easier. I applied for the pick-up plan from Haneda airport as well, and they were able to even come earlier than scheduled and gave excellent service. Definitely a worthwhile investment that made my life easier!
Clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Really enjoy my stay in the apartment from Jan. 8th to the 23rd. Customer service has been extremely helpful despite the many changes in my itinerary. Would definitely use MetroResidences again.
コロナ自主隔離用に12泊(2021年12月27日~2022年1月8日)させて頂きましたが、本当に快適でした。
歩いて1分にコンビニはあるし、お惣菜屋もあり、ちょっと歩けばスーパーマーケットもあり、本当に便利でした。
今年中にもう一度海外に長期出張する予定ですので、帰国時はまた利用させていただきます。
Hi stay in one of the MetroResidences apartment from the 20th of January until the 25th January and I will have to say that I was really pleased with what I find. The apartment was super comfortable and in a good spot easily reachable by ubereat for delivery. Furthermore the people from MetroResidences were supernice and helpful; they answer quickly and was super understanding of my continuing changing schedule for the booking. I will definitively recommend them to people that would like to stay in an apartment in Tokyo.
I recently stayed at Galicia Otsuka 11/28 to 12/13 for mandatory post-arrival quarantine.
The Otsuka location was the most cost effective location available from MetroResidences [MR].
The building is fairly new, is clean, has an elevator, has stores (such as Lawson100) very close for provisioning, and is close to Otsuka Stn.on the Yamanote line for eventual departure (for me, to Haneda to fly domestically).
The room was simple but equipped with enough to hang out, cook, and sleep.
Communications from MR were responsive.
The only negatives were 1.a definite negative pressure effective from poorly sealed balcony sliding doors causing a noticeable "jet engine"-like roar unless I opened them a gap, which was chilly a few times, and 2.the bath drain hole had an unpleasant odor - which, having built up between last use and my arrival, was thankfully relieved by fan use and always keeping the bath plug in.
I would stay again but hope MR fixes these two noticeable but not major issues.
The Hatagaya BLK1 apartment itself is pretty much 5 stars, but I knocked off 2 stars due to service issues.
Pros: the apartment comes with pretty much everything you would need (Wi-fi, furniture, appliances, linens, cooking utensils, towels, soap, etc.). It was clean and had a good deal of space for being located in Tokyo. The provided guide was very helpful and easy to follow. Having a heated shower space was also a major plus.
Cons: It's a little far from a station if you're hauling luggage or groceries (fine for normal walking though). Also the bed was kind of uncomfortable.
Personal issues:
1) I selected the quarantine shuttle service add-on but ran into an issue with MetroResidences not having contacted the shuttle company correctly. My pick up date changed, which I notified MetroResidences about in advance and then again the day of, but when I arrived at the airport there was no shuttle and MetroResidences wouldn't respond to my emails, texts, or phone calls. I called the shuttle service directly and they told me they didn't have a pick up scheduled for me, but they came and got me anyway. It all worked out in the end, but was stressful at the time.
2) They didn't refund me for 3 days I thought I had cancelled within their policy window. While it was likely the result of a language issue, I advise others to explicitly state "cancel" or "cancellation" in their communications, as "change of check in date to~" is apparently not sufficient.
For quarantine purposes it's a million times better than being stuck in a hotel, so I think I would still recommend them for that. I'm a bit salty about the 2 points above, so whether or not I would stay with them again for non-quarantine purposes I don't know. Their service model is great though.
Having to spend 14 days in self isolation/quarantine was made so much easier with MetroResidences and Goal International. The seamless transfer from Haneda to our apartment in Hatagaya BLK6 was very welcome after the early morning arrival. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We can highly recommend the location for access to services.
Worst place to stay, worst service, and they are afraid to tell me the name of the boss too so I can complain, they are bunch of people good at Lies only

クレカで引き落とし済みの家賃の請求があった カード会社に問い合わせると引き落とし済みの請求のキャンセル依頼があったと回答あり メトロレジデンスに問い合わせ時に対応した担当者はキャンセルの件は何も言わなかった (知らなかった?)

コロナの中、海外から日本に駐在するようになり、メトロレジデンスによって快適な隔離生活を過ごしました。
出発する前にすでに部屋を確保しており、とても便利で安心です。
また、業務の対応はいつも素早くて親切です。
多少文書作業のミスがありましたが、たいしたことではありません。
同僚や友たちにもお勧めできるサービスです。

Sep. 8th to 22nd, 2021: My two week quarantine stay at Galicia Ryogoku was as clean and pleasant as I had hoped. Whenever I had a question about anything, the "Front Desk" staff answered my emails promptly the same day in English! The bedroom was larger than I imagined, and the bed was *very* comfortable. The book of instructions in English on the controls for everything in the apartment made life there very easy! Being able to hot air dry clothes indoors was a pleasant surprise! The kitchen had more than enough basic cookware for a single man to make his own meals. Overall, I would highly recommend Metro Residences' Galicia Ryogoku apartments for someone looking for a short-term apartment stay in the Tokyo area!
今回、海外からの自主隔離で利用しましたが、送迎のプランもあり、必要な備品も全て揃っており、大変満足しました。立地的にも近くにコンビニ、少し歩けばスーパーや商店街も近く便利です。セルフチェックインとチェックアウトに少し手間取りましたが、解決できるレベルです。また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。
This is the second time in 2021 I use their service. I stayed there in October (11 to 20) and they provide a very good customer service.
We stayed in The Oak Studio C #306 from Sept 4-Oct 4 for our quarantine and some extra relaxation time. Apartment was nice and location was great. Communication was always prompt. Kitchen had sufficient equipment but some was a bit beat up. Biggest negative for the room was not enough electric outlets. Also, I wish that the website provided more/clearer information about the properties they offer. For example, specifically stating if it is a walkup. That is important information if you are coming from the airport to quarantine. We almost made that mistake before changing our booking to the Oak Studio.
