スタッフ皆様、どこのMimaruさんも対応が素晴らしく、フレンドリーで最高いつも、自宅に帰ってきたように利用していて、出かける時には、行ってきます！帰ってきたら、ただいま️と、言ってしまうほど.
お部屋もいつも綺麗だし、ほどよくプライベートが守られていて、快適なサービス。

Beautiful room, I love the use of wood. Friendly staff, great quality products. The room was very clean. I'd love to stay here again!

Amazing hotel that provides a “at home” feel. It really felt like I had my own apartment and they accommodated my family group which was about 11 people. Would recommend for a couples or families but it seems to be perfect for singles.

Very spacious rooms, a kitchen with all the basic utensils and equipments you'll need, microwave, refrigerator with freezer (some hotels don't have freezer in their fridge!), you can rent lot's of interesting items by the reception for free! In-house vending machine and coin laundry.lots of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores nearby.few mins walk to train stations.this is the best accommodation we've had in tokyo.will easily book again in the future!

Great place to stay in a really nice part of the city. Helpful staff and close to the bus to the airport and the metro system. Some nice little restaurants scattered around.

Staff service is good.the hotel is newly-built whey I stayed there. The room space is excellent & comfy. Yet, the neighborhood is quite noisy during the my stay. Location excellent & price is very competitive.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Tokyo before flying back home to Australia. Hotel was spacious and clean. Kitchen had a fridge, microwave, kettle and stove. There's a complementary smartphone during our stay, so made travelling around locally really easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to the Tokyo City Air Terminal, which is really close by (4 min walk) which took us directly to Narita airport by bus. Suitengu-Mae station for the local subway was an additional few minutes walk.

We stayed here in July 2018 and it was excellent. The location was fantastic, being close to a subway station and close to bus airport transfer. And the staff were very helpful.

Very friendly staff - and wonderful rooms.
