4Very bad company, they just care about money not people. I don't recommend this place at all.
Horrible place where to stay.the housekeeper cleans toilet and kitchen with the same sponge XD and even if you clean the room when you leave it, they have always something to claim.in this way you lose your deposit.don t go there!
Worst place I ever stayed in my life the owner is a con man that took my deposit filthy and disgusting experience
That "Laurent Wagner" strangely left 5 star review for another property that dodgy company owns, strangely same time for both, one stating "just moved here". That "Steve Lavin" 5 star review is the only one on his brand new account. These are fake reviews. I met and stayed at these people house for real.
They are so nice to get you in before you sign the tricky contract they hand you. A surprising change occur in their behavior afterward: you'll feel like facing a mafia gang! I highly suggest you stay away from these. As well as any contract based rent: If it's written in english, whatever it says, they'll turn it into their advantage in case of conflict (translate to japanese leaves lot of interpretation!).
If you can speak Japanese well (meaning you're fluent or near it), ask for Japanese contract. You're a much smaller target then i guess. As a temporary resident, you need a protector such as AirBNB, Wimdu, etc.to find a safe accomodation when you stay in Japan. It is CRITICAL. Nobody else will help you!
