7Apartment is not fancy, but pretty comfortable. One big draw back was WiFi was extremely slow, and often breaks. Can't hold a voice call.
It was really convenient, and staying with Oakwood helped us move (back) to Japan smoothly. Thanks so much for everything.
I reaaly liked all the attention the whole team of Oakwood Residence Aoyama gave us the entire time we stayed there. The reservation personal, attendants at front desk, the cleaning service, nothing to say but praisng the experience. Thank you very much for all of you!
Amazing place but they spoiled it after a 10 day stay by refusing to let my wife and baby check out even one minute late without paying for an extra day. Why? Because they had to clean the room for the next guest who was coming - wait for it. 3 days later. But hey, rules are rules, right?
Very good service. The apartments are clean and the service staff do a very professional job. When we were moving out after 1 month stay, the staff provided excellent service to transfer our luggage.
Very nice sized rooms, location A+ 8 minutes walk to Omotesando centre and station all dining hubs along the street and also convenience stores, very trendy area a big WOW
Nice and clean apartment in one of the most vibrant areas of Tokyo. I've spent more than one month here and it's been a wonderful experience. Excellent, careful and timely service. All the good stuff for cooking is available in the kitchen. Friendly people. Great experience.
