I had an excellent experience here!
I saw some reviews stating the doctor was rude, but this is not true at all. Yes, he is direct and straightforward, but also professional and time-efficient. This is what you want in a doctor. And most importantly, he is very skilled at what he does!
The receptionist staff and nurses were also all very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely be returning— in fact I already made my next appointment.

シミの除去、ハイドロキノンの相談で診療しました。
ドクターが受付の方に何か怒っている様で、待合の際にいたたまれない気持ちになりました。パワハラチックな感じで嫌な空気でした。診察も横柄な態度が感じられたので結局相談にして処方はしませんでした。評価を信じて予約したのに全く評価通りでなくGogleサクラチェッカーで調べた所、なんとRedFlag判定がでました。

お金を払えば取得できる肩書が多い上に、口コミまで金で買っているという非常に怪しいクリニック。
二度と行きませんし口コミも一切信用しなくなりました。

Amazing! I have been coming to plaza clinic for almost 2 years now for lip fillers and Botox. The doctor speaks really good English and is very informative about each procedure. Super professional and the clinic is very clean and nice. I’m always impressed by the results and the entire staff is very accommodating and nice.

本当に大丈夫かココ

予約して行ったのになぜか予約が入っていないと言われてしまい、
仕方なく別の日にもう一度出向く羽目に。
診察に関しては、先生がイライラしている様子でムッとした態度。
施術内容の中には手術に必要な検査で、抗原検査等の自費で支払う必要がある項目があると言われしぶしぶ支払いました。。。

施術に関しては、結局保険の適応とならず自費の施術も検討しましたが、診察のたびに胡散臭さが凄いのでお断りしました。
せっかくの検査データがもったいないので診療情報提供書をお願いしましたが、なぜか私の希望した病院には書けないと言われてしまいました。
結局、自費で支払った検査データももらえず、希望した病院の紹介状も書いてもらえず、ただただ時間とお金と労力を無駄にしました。

私個人の感想としては最低最悪でした。

I received Botox treatment and it was truly satisfying and all the staff there were wonderfully welcoming. Doctor commutes well and the results were marvelous. I would highly recommend this clinic

I found this clinic on the internet and I thought it would be good since generally it has nice reviews, but it seems that I was wrong. There are also some bad reviews, where the clinic replies claiming that it’s a “ fake review” ; red flag) please be assured that this is real. I had an appointment today at 3pm and it seems like I just payed 3,300 fee for the doctor to tell me to go and buy something from Amazon. They couldn’t help with a face peel because it may not be safe due to my allergies which I understand completely, that’s not my problem. The problem I had is that the doctor is very rude, when he walked in he had a bad attitude and he was very very rude to the staff. He was ordering her in Japanese (I can speak Japanese as well as English) and he would get really impatient with her if she didn’t know what to do, I could feel such a bad atmosphere. Then the thing that I hated the most was that the doctor was rude to me too, every time I tried to speak he cut me off, I couldn’t say anything.
Some places can’t understand that it’s not only the credential that attract customers, it’s also the ATMOSPHERE and KINDNESSES which this doctor unfortunately lacks. It’s a shame because the other staff are very kind, I felt sorry for them.
Well, i won’t be going there again ~

とても専門性の高い先生に、手術を大変良心的かつ完璧な形で行って頂きました。
説明や術式も、非常に合点がいくものです。
アメリカで開業されていた先生ということもあり、このようなクリニックは他にはないのではないでしょうか。
また看護師さんたちも大変親切です。
いずれ何か、自由診療の違う手術も受けてみたいと思います。

Dr. Kure is a very professional plastic surgeon, and he performed my surgery in a very conscientious and high level format.
His explanations and surgical procedures were also very convincing.
I am sure it is only clinic where we, who live in Japan, can receive medical treatment from doctors who have learned high-level plastic surgery in US.
The nurses are also very kind.
I would like to try a different free medical treatment in the future.

Nurses and staff and plastic surgeon Dr Kure are amazing. My favorite place to get my botox injections. Excellent service, fair prices, and results are just what I wanted. Thank you for treating me like family. When searching for a Botox Injector in Tokyo.look no further. Dont speak Japanese? No Problem. Dr Kure speaks English.

Dr. Kure is a professional who is skilled and has such finesse. He is always a perfectionist when it comes to procedures and never skimps.

They didn't make my face look any better. I wasted a lot of money here and now my face looks ridiculous. I had to go to the hospital. I do not recommend this place.

Good choise for my first hair removal in my life.
Staffs are kind, clinic is clean, and having strong effect but no skin trouble.
I recieved treatment 3 times and almost no hair remaining in treated area.

I was in Tokyo for business and wanted to get a touch up for Botox Injections. I did some research online and found Dr Kure From Plaza Plastic Surgery and was impressed that he had been trained in the US and was board certified. To my knowledge, I dont know of another board certified plastic surgeon in Tokyo Japan. To me, seeing a board certified plastic surgeon is a must. Not all plastic surgeons are board certified. I called the office and was able to meet with Dr Kure and his staff and had the treatment done. It was a simple treatment, (take care of some wrinkles and fine lines on my forehead) but the overall experience with the plastic surgery clinic and staff was wonderful. I also appreciate the fact that Dr Kure speaks English. That made the entire trip to his office alot easier for me. I plan on moving to Tokyo for work and having a plastic surgeon that I trust is one less thing I need to worry about. Thank you for your help.

HORRIBLE! …Run…The doctor is very RUDE and he has no patients for you. I tried ask questions based on communication I had with the staff when I made my second appointment. They lie to you and don’t care about the patients whatsoever! …. He screams at you…So Rude! …and he easily gets upset when you try to ask questions. The worst part is, that They do not let you see what they apply to you …which is NOT OKAY…and the staff don’t know what they’re doing. I regret coming here! I would love to have my money back!

おでこのシワと、眉間のシワが気になりボトックスの相談をさせて頂きたく来院しました。先生はアメリカで色々なご経験をされ、その後現在のクリニックを開院されたそうです。
そのためか、生物学的根拠に基づいた説明と経験、技術があり、納得した上で治療をすることができました。先生が説明をして頂いた上で、自分で決めて治療をすることが出来るので、押し売りや勧誘等はありませんでした。

先生は自分の気になる所をどのようにしたら、より良くなるか考えて提案していただけます。なので、自分自身が、どこがどの様に気になるのかを把握しておくと話がスムーズに進む印象がありました。

ボトックスの効果はとても良いです。
他の気にも気になる所があるので、ぜひ今後も相談させて頂きたいと思います。

I went here for laser hair removal and I chose this place because I wanted somewhere with experience dealing with customers who don’t have the typical Japanese skin and hair color. It was very painful but also very effective, after three treatments I basically just have a few very light hairs remaining that most people wouldn’t notice (before it was noticeable thick dark hairs). The main downside of this place (and the reason I give four rather than five stars) is that the opening hours are extremely inconvenient if you work full time because they seem to have the best availability around 2-3pm on weekdays.

So there’s a few things I’d like to point out.
First, the surgeon actually speaks English. Which is a huge advantage, since he coordinates stuff with you and you can tell him what exactly you are looking for He’s a board certified plastic surgeon, which is another great benefit. It was quite important to me you can’t just hand yourself over to an amateur or smth. At the end of the day, the service was spectacular and I’m really impressed with the results.

顔のたるみにウルセラの治療を受けました。
ただの全顔照射ではなく、先生がしっかりと診察して下さり、必要な部分を重点的に照射してくれました。今まで他で多額のお金を費やしていたのがバカらしくなりました…プライスもかなりお得です。クリニック選びは難しいですが、やっと良心的で、技術のある先生にたどり着けたと思います！

10年ほど前からお世話になっております。
初めはイボを取って頂いたり、
ボトックス注射でシワの治療をお願いしてました。
ボトックス注射では、偏頭痛も改善されました。

最近は、顎のたるみと体重増加でご相談させて頂き、
ウルセラというレーザー機器で顎のたるみ治療をして頂き
たるみがなくなり、張りが出てきました。

局部麻酔で下腹の脂肪吸引もして頂きました。
先生は、経験豊富なので、とても分かりやすく説明して下さり、
安心して手術を受けることができました。

色々治療して頂きましたが、すべて大変満足しております。
スタッフのみなさんも、大変親切ですよ。

Laser hair removal experience

Day 1. Staff did the orientation, laser machine selection (diode laser) and performed laser on me. Got severe burn marks, patchy skin and hyperpigmentation on my knees after laser hair removal.

I told them that I've done IPL and YAG laser (medical grade) hair removal before for the same area in other clinics but it's only here that I experienced burns and severe pigmentation.

Day 5. Even after 5days of applying the cream they gave, 2x a day, my skin was still sore, dry, burnt and has patches. I've contacted the clinic on and sent photos over email abt my condition. The soonest the clinic could accommodate my request for follow up was 10days after my laser session.

Day 10.7/5/2021
Doctor was kind enough to accommodate me in his busy schedule.
Short dialog with him was more focused on how they're angry about my feedback, threatening me and defending their clinic rather than attending to the problem caused by their machine on my skin. They refused to attend to my situation and any future treatments.

I understand laser treatments could have these side effects but the clinic is taking no responsibility for it and just putting it on me. What I was looking for was post-treatment support, which they refused. In the end, going to clinic for follow up was useless - no corrective treatment or assistance given

I even suggested to doctor that it would've been better if he, with his years of experience, supervised the treatment course and not left it to his staff's decision which machine/level to use. Doctor just said it's difficult.

My first and last experience in this clinic was a disappointment and I do not recommend anybody for this clinic. It's more than the treatment itself. Service to customer also is important, in which they both failed
