I've never been to Sarabeth's in the US so I'm only going by what I had at this one. I had a French toast since it was recommended, and I was pretty happy that it was the "normal" type which wasn't saturated with egg as Japanese French toast tend to be. My issues are the price, the "cream" (I'm paying so much already, surely freshly whipped cream is within reason?) and the service. If you're already in Tokyo, there are lots of better options for pancakes, omelettes and other eggy-goodies, if you don't want to make them yourself.
