12茶の楽しみ方を知る楽しい時間を過ごしました。私たちの女主人はとても教育的で、私たちは抹茶の驚くべき、しかしおいしい味を発見することができました。この90分間は本当に幸せな時間でした、とても素晴らしい経験でした。

A delightful break away from the hustle and bustle of Asakusa, my 3 grown children and I completely enjoyed our tea ceremony workshop. Mika is an engaging and knowledgeable hostess, sharing history and technique on a level that was completely accessible and enlightening to western visitors. We started with cherry blossom tea, enjoyed Sakura-themed sweets to go with the season, and whisked our own matcha tea. Ninety minutes very well spent for exposure to a key part of traditional Japanese culture, and we highly recommend!

From the cherry blossom welcome tea, to the formal tea ceremony in the beautiful room, to making the Matcha Usucha ourselves - a truly delightful experience. The workshop is a great introduction to the way of tea from a Japanese cultural perspective, and Mika and her apprentice were really exquisite hosts and teachers.
Have come here several times here, and sent visitors. Easy to understand instructions, and perfect location near Asakusa.
Definitely recommend making this stop on your Japan trip. Mika was very kind and knowledgeable and made the Chado - style class quite an experience! Loved learning about the history of the chado-style and enjoying the different teas and sweets.
Perhaps the best experience that Japan has to offer for any person keen to learn about the Japanese culture and way of life. By far the finest gem in Tokyo!
Very meditative and informative experience. English Chado tea ceremony workshop taught by Mika
Mika was a very gracious and knowledgeable host! A friend and I did a private session for two and we learned a lot about Chado and its history. She does a great job with storytelling and charged a very reasonable price, especially since she fit us in last minute. Highly recommend!

体験ではあるものの、先生が一つ一つの動作の意味を丁寧に教えてくれ、実践の機会もあります。
先生の所作の美しさ、お茶の味わい、見て美しく食べて美味しいお菓子に大満足です。
