在、日本とタイ（東京、京都、奈良、その後プーケット、バンコク）を旅行中なので、たくさん歩いたので完全に疲れてしまいました。ガス抜きをするために、アンとのシャンプーとブローのセッションを予約することにしました。彼女の仕事は期待を裏切りませんでした。

おそらく私が今まで美容院で受けたこの種のサービスの中で最高のセッションでした。とても気に入ったので、2日後にまた彼女と一緒に京都から戻ってきました。楽しみにしています！

Highly recommended!

I finally found a really nice place for my keratin treatment. I have been struggling since 2 years to find a nice English speaking salon that can provide a safe keratin that works on my freezy hair. Well, I found it! Hiro did my hair, he is talented and obviously familiar with foreigners hair. I usually wait until second wash to see if the keratin suits me. The result is amazing. Natural looking, healthy and smooth hair.
The atmosphere and staff are very nice and welcoming!

Hiro-san is both a very talented stylist with varied international experience, and an absolutely amazing and kind person.

He took the time to understand my hair, consult with me on what I'm looking for and then give my hair the utmost care possible.

I had my appointment over a month and a half ago on May 29, so this review is a bit late, but I thought it would be a good time to update the status of my hair. I got a keratin treatment done because my natural hair is unmanageable in humid weather.

First, the salon was very clean, and they took Covid-19 precautions very seriously and I was able to be far away from other clients. Second, my stylist Anne was super sweet and amazing! Third, the keratin treatment has lasted very well to this day. The whole process only took about 2-3 hours. Now over a month and a half later, my hair is still shiny and actually looks normal in humid weather. I love this treatment because unlike permanent straightening, it has a natural and gradual return to your normal hair so you don’t have an awkward growing out stage!

I’ll definitely be returning to this salon. The atmosphere is superb and the work they do is amazing and worth it. Thank you!

This place is absolutely amazing. Annie did my keratin treatment and took such good care of my hair— her work is meticulous and I could tell she put all her effort into it. My hair is so smooth and shiny now, whereas usually it’s curly and frizzy. I was worried because it rained on the day I did my treatment, but not a hair on my head frizzed up all day. The other employees were so so kind and we talked the whole time I was there in english, which was great fun. They even recommended places for me to go to in Tokyo! This was seriously one of the best hair appointments I’ve ever had, and I am Extremely Picky when it comes to my hair. Thank you so much everyone!

I’ve been using this salon for a decade. The stylists are all excellent and skilled with many hair types. The staff listen to what customers want and really try to create the desired look. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They also cut my five year old’s hair and are very good with him. The atmosphere is very international. Highly recommended.

I have been living in Japan for over 4 years, and the unique salon that has been able to perceive the quality of my hair as a foreigner is Sin den salon, I heartily recommend it. My hair was so damaged by other products non-accurate for me. As well, the staff is so friendly and cheerful, with additionally, the impeccable Japanese service. First and foremost, this is the best hair salon I’ve found in my three years of living here. They have consistently delivered superb results on my notoriously difficult hair. Not only are their cutting and styling skill superb, but their customer service and care are top notch.

I have always said “you get what you pay for” when it comes to hair care and usually spend around $50 (¥5000) for a haircut. Sin Den, while a bit more than I would usually pay at ¥7500, has delivered nothing short of perfect haircuts and stylings every time I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. I believe the experience and expertise of the staff justify this higher than average price tag.

As a foreign resident of Japan, I’ve struggled to find a salon where I can communicate effectively with my stylist what I want and have them reciprocate accurately. With the staff at Sin Den, there is no worry about getting “lost in translation” and every request has been answered exactly.

In regards to expertise, my hair is naturally wavy and very thick. All my life I’ve had trouble finding a salon that could manage my troublesome hair and make it look presentable. Not only have the staff at Sin Den been able to make my hair look great at the salon, they were able to give me the advice I needed to recreate the style at home as well.

The customer service and customer care are top notch and has the same “omotenashi” one can expect from establishments in Japan. While the stylist ascertains what you require from the cut and styling, another staff member will bring you a beverage of your choice with a biscuit. They do not rush and will work with you until you are happy with the results. They are not, however, without suggestions and will give expert and honest feedback if requested.

I cannot praise this establishment enough and I would highly suggest anyone reading to give them a try. Shoutout especially to Anne who has been my stylist every time I’ve visited.

I've lived in Tokyo for 3 years now and struggled to find a salon that could handle very fine caucasian hair, this place is just perfect! I recently had a bad bleach job at a Japanese salon and Hiro was able to give me some babylights and toning that really helped fix the greenish/yellow my hair had gotten. They offer you a menu of drinks, refills, and even biscuits and chocolate and a new mask in case yours gets dye/soap on it! I was blown away when a staff told me a manicure was also part of the service! I wish I found this place sooner! <3

Today I had an outstanding experience at Sin Den near Shibuya. Upon entering the salon, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Due to the current circumstances (global pandemic), everyone (of course) is required to wear a mask but they offered me a separate mask just for the haircut, so my own mask wouldn't catch any hair! It's this attention to details that shows that the staff at Sin Den goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.

About the haircut: Hiro cut my hair today. He took his time to discuss different styles and gave me his recommendation on what would suit me. Besides his precise technique, professionalism and mastery of his craft, he is also very friendly and warm at the same time.

Overall: 5/5 best haircut I've ever got. Thank you again Hiro-san! Would definitely recommend Sin Den to anyone looking for a high quality haircut.

I had a great experience at this salon. The stylists are really welcoming and friendly. They took time with my hair and were very gentle; I could relax completely. I was really happy with the process and result, (keratin treatment on curly Afro-textures hair) and so I highly recommend visiting.

Coming from Canada, I was skeptical about getting my haircut in Japan, however Hiro did an amazing job! (and the head massage was quite nice). He listened to what I wanted and I am 100% satisfied. On top of that, the customer service was top notch - Hiro went above and beyond to deliver the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend this place - if you can, call in advance to book an appointment:)

My second time visiting and my favorite hair salon in Tokyo! The staff is very friendly and helpful, I did a cut and color this time and the results were excellent! Highly recommended!

Very good. Quite hard to find but worth it. 6000 yen for a guys cut but done extremely well. Well worth the money. Staff are also very nice. Best hairdrreser in Tokyo area.

Anne was gentle and precise. Super professional while very cosy. Oh, and she was bilingual (whaaat? !). Assistant’s head massage was superb. 6,500 JPY for men’s cut, done under an hour. Money well spent.

Even though I did not have a reservation, I received a warm welcome. My hairdresser spoke English very well and was genuinely interested in my trip. We had a very nice conversation while she cut my hair. Had a very nice trendy haircut!
