3 The top level is not the restaurant, I think it is the bar area or something? They stared at me kinda weird but redirected me to the shop downstairs. The top level is definitely the first place you see the store's name sign when walking from the station, but continue on street level and the restaurant is right there.
The grilled cheese was suuuper good, ultra gooey! I'm actually lactose intolerant (but usually react only when I eat too much dairy) but for some reason I didn't have a problem after eating the grilled cheese. It was very filling.
Been there a week ago (11th of February) with my partner. Even though the food is delicious the servers were extremely rude. But interesting thing is they were only rude to us. I mean us who are not japanese. I noticed that they were pretty kind and respectful rest of the local customers. So i would call that place as foreigner unfriendly. I guess this is the best way to describe without using the word ‘racist’. Never ever stop by there again.
