We got both of our bikes from Suginami Green Cycle; they were around ¥6500 each, which is a phenomenal price for bikes. I was even able to pick a lime green one, which I loved.
Friendly staff, affordable prices and excellent quality bikes.

A great ethical option for buying a used bicycle in Tokyo. All re-salvaged bikes are priced from ¥6,700 to ¥15,500, registration included. Gates open at 11: 00am on the noted monthly dates but as the stock moves quickly, I strongly advise queuing up from 9: 30am on the first of the 3 days to guarantee you pedal off on something to your liking.
