Extremely efficient getting a document notarized. Attorney Harris is a really nice guy, was a pleasure during the short visit. Will certainly be back next time I need a US notary. Beats the embassy by a mile, waiting a month for an appointment and going through their security. Attorney Harris is a no-brainer.

US Embassy was booked 3 weeks out and Harris Firm was able to see me on the next business day. Read the website, book your appointment, show up on time / a little early, and you'll be in and out quickly - I'm completely satisfied. Will absolutely use again if in need of a notary.

I used The Harris Firm for notary services. The experience was quick, friendly and professional. I mentioned that I was inventing and they also gave me some information to take home in the event I need to get things off the ground. I will be using them from here on out.

If you want a notarization quickly, professionally, and at times that you will not be able to find another notary open then this is the right place. I needed to get something notarized on a Japanese holiday. Every other place was closed but Ron Harris was able to meet my wife and I late in the evening. Grateful that I could find such great service!

Excellent services, on short notice. Staffs was very nice and printed/sent the documents for me too. Although he couldn’t give me legal advice at the time of the notarization, I will use the firm in the future when I need patents or taxes.

Strongly advise against using this firm. Their notary services are not even valid in the USA outside of Virginia. They then ignore follow-up contact, refuse to provide support, and refuse refunds.

Other issues were that the office feels incredibly unprofessional, curt, and was not on schedule. Lawyer here is rude, arrogant, wears flip flops / t-shirt with holes, and bragged about charging $500/hr. So why is he in Tokyo doing scam notary services and not at a major US firm? Stay Away

I had a great experience he was very pleasant and professional mr Harris was very helpful I would definitely recommend for US notary service everything went through with flying colors also he was very accommodating seeing me on a Saturday this firm was a god send thank you me Harris.

DON’T GO. Worst experience ever in my life. The guy was late for ONE HOUR and showed up buttoning his shirt down and bare feet, obviously just woke up. And his attitude was very unprofessional.

Went yesterday for a notary. Mr. Harris was very polite and nice. And worked with me when I had to make a sudden change in meeting time due to my doctor not having my documentation ready (though he said he would).

I did arrive at my scheduled time. And ended up having to wait past our scheduled meeting by about 30 minutes.

But once he was aware I had arrived, the notary was quick. So if I ever needed a notary I’d definitely use his services again. It costs the same as the US embassy in Tokyo. But it’s a lot easier to get an appointment in comparison.

So I recommend his services.

The Harris Firm is amazing. He saw me considering that I only had a reservation for a notary not a comfirmation. I would highly recommend doing business with him over the US Embassy as far as Notary goes.

Contrary to some of the reviews below, Ron was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating to my needs. Highly recommend for a quick and pleasent notary service!

The assistant at the firm was welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Mr. Harris on the other hand seemed to be in a rush and was impatient/rude throughout the entire appointment. Additionally, his notary stamp ended up not being accepted by the company requiring the notarization. The U. S. Embassy security may be quite a hassle, but at least there is a guarantee of professionalism.

I was thoroughly fed up with the lines and security at the US Embassy in Tokyo and looking for an alternative. The appointment procedure with Harris was easy, the location convenient, and the service and politeness excellent. I'm delighted to have found them and recommend them for anyone needing US notary support!
