21カード不正があり調べ始めこの会社を知る。口コミみるとカード決済通らないとあった。なのに自分のは通ったのかと…まだ未確定で決済になってはないが自分は不正に利用されてしまったため決済になってしまうと困る。利用した覚えないのに。調べるのが本当に大変で警察にも届け出す
彼らは東京での2つの体験のために私たちのお金を受け取りましたが、なぜかなりの金額だったので、2日後の午後、私たちが予定されている前に、スペースがないとメールを送りました。さらに追い打ちをかけるように、払い戻しには最大10日間かかると言われており、これは旅行を再予約する余裕がないことを意味します。

シンガポール、東京で数回チケット利用していますが特に問題なく、定価よりも安く購入できるので満足しています
他社と比較しても料金が最安になることが多いので必ずチェックする際とのひとつ

The "Important Information" says to meet at the JR Maihama Station North Exit between 8: 30am-1: 00pm. My wife and I was there at 12: 30pm and waiting until 1: 00pm. There was no staff waiting with a signboard. We decided to take the train to go to DisneySea. DisneySea ticketing office did not accept our tickets, which we understand, because it's from Voyagin. So we then took the train back to the JR Maihama Station North Exit. I contacted the Voyagin Chat Support and they told me to "wait a few hours" for a response back. This is outrageous and mediocre customer service. At this point, I just wanted a refund on my order so I can just buy the DisneySea tickets from the ticketing office. Then I contacted Voyagin through the phone by using a pay phone from the train station. They mentioned I should get a response back by the end of the day. Okay, I went ahead and took the train back to DisneySea and bought the DisneySea tickets from the ticketing office. At the end of the day, there was no response from Voyagin. I sent complaint email in, no response until 2 days. Their response had doubts that I was not present at the JR Maihama Station North Exit between 8: 30am-1: 00pm—which I was. They are not willing to give a refund after their own mistake. After I replied, there has not been a response and it's been 2 weeks already. This is the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. I will not be recommending anyone to Voyagin. This was our honeymoon and the whole day was ruined because of this issue. The attached images show that I was at the JR Maihama Station North Exit.

Update November 8,2019: Voyagin finally responded to me after I left a review on their main website. They told me to wait even longer for a response. After a few more days, they responded back saying they will not issue a refund. This is ridiculous! I will never use this travel agency again! Do not recommend!

Update November 26,2018: Voyagin did not issue a refund. They have zero accountability. I am immensely disappointed in this company for stealing my money.
I truly think what my sister experienced was unfair and I am here as a witness (I went to Japan with them too but did not purchase from Voyagin, "thank God"). I strongly discourage anyone who is thinking of buying "disney sea tickets" from voyagin not to get it from them. Thankfully, I made the right decision not to get it from them and got it from the official website. I was there when my sister had a hard time accessing her tickets due to getting it from Voyagin. She got it with her partner and came in the time that they were asked to come and literally there was no one. My sister and partner were not even asking for a refund, they just wanted to use their tickets. I think it was totally reasonable and the voyagin staff members couldn't even negotiate with them or think of a fair agreement. They were extremely greedy and stole from them and did not even give them their ticket. Not to mention, I followed up with my sister and was surprised to hear how unprofessional they were throughout the process. They took almost a month to get this settled. My sister also had to constantly follow up with them. They literally do not care and will steal your money. I am discouraged to associate with them because of my sister's bad experience, and on my own personal experience I do actually encourage you to just get it directly from the official disney website.
Also, I noticed they commented on my sister's response, do not get fooled but they lied again. If they were truly "sorry" they would have settled in with a fair agreement and picked something in the middle between their preference and my sister's. They didn't even bother to do that and took a long time to get into the case. Once again, just get it from the official disney site, do not get it from Voyagin or else you will get robbed just like my sister and you will run into trouble.
Booked a tour to the 5th station of Mount Fuji and area including a short cruise for December. Was pretty easy to do, though a little skimp on details for each stop on the tour. Haven't gone on the tour yet so will have to update when we do.
Very disappointed. We were charged more than three times the price of the ticket for the ghibli museum. Not reliable service.
Short answer:
DO NOT GET THE DISNEY SEA TICKETS FROM THEM! It is inconvenient and if you run into the time frame you will get your money stolen from them and they are unprofessional.
Long answer in detail:
We got disney sea tickets from them. At least for the disney sea tickets, I strongly encourage you to NOT get them from Voyagin. If you could just get it directly from the japanese site “disney sea official site”, it would be better. If you get it from Voyagin it is inconvenient and you will save your day! Literally! That day we got our tickets from voyagin was one good day that turned bad. Also TERRIBLE customer service. We had a time to be there and me and my husband were there before that time that they request from you. We looked everywhere and saw no sign of them. So we head back the main disney sea location thinking that perhaps they relocated. Nothing. Then the disney sea staff members told us to go back to the designated place to find someone to help us, and we even told the staff members that there was no one so then we had to travel back to the designated area where VoYagin told us to go but it was already too late. We were frustrated and so my husband contacted them on chat. They said “wait a few hours”. We took it literally. They lied. It was not even a few hours, IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH to get this figured out. That day we were not even asking for a refund, we just wanted to use our ticket. That same day we also tried contacting them on phone and they gave us the direct contact to complain. We emailed also. We wait around night time then we figured that they would not contact us anymore so we bought half a day of disney sea tickets instead of whole day which is what we got from voyagin. The “few hours” they said that they would take was a complete lie and this is what I mean they were sooo unprofessional. “HOURS” they say turned into DAYS, then WEEKS then around a month when they finally got back to us. We had already asked for a refund cause they never got back to us that day. Of course after them taking that long we figured they would be stealing our money already. I was right. Never got a refund or even our ticket. That was the least. Also, we were the ones (me and husband) who had to constantly get back to them. They made fake promises every time. I will never again order from them and I will also warn my friends and loved ones not to order here. We only wanted to use our ticket.we could have even understood even if they didn’t give us the full refund. We would have accepted at least partial. They stole our money, were unprofessional and they do not care. For this terrible experience and to warn others for this, I Will make a youtube video and tag them for their unfairness. We had the proof, took pictures and even told them to get in contact with the direct disney sea members.

Amazing staff and customer service. Online chat was very helpful too. Had a minor issue with the payment but was resolved in less than an hour through email.

某国でのオプショナルツアーを予約しようとカード決済をしたところ、当該カードは使用できないと拒否。さらに別のカード4枚、PayPal支払い2アカウント分、計7回試しましたが、全て拒否されました。
結局、出発日ギリギリに他社を使用して予約する羽目になり、大変不愉快でした。
拒否の理由はセキュリティ会社のブラックボックスであることは重々承知ですが、これまで一度も拒否されたことのないカードで、なぜこのような事態になってしまうのか。具体的な理由も分からず、対応もテンプレメールのみで、ただただ不信感しか残りません。
もう使用することはありませんし、改善を願います。
Don’t trust these scumbags, they have horrible customer service that surmounts to denying responsibility, telling you they will respond “in a few hours” and not and just plain ignoring you the moment the word refund comes up. Would not recommend. Save yourself the heartache and book direct.
間違えて注文したのでキャンセルしたいと言ってもキャンセルできません。数万円パーです。まだ先の予定にもかかわらず、キャンセルできないので何かあった時に困ると思う方は申し込まない方がいいと思います。変更も聞き入れてくれません。キャンセルは2日前までできるとwebにはありましたが、と尋ねると、ツアーによって異なる、と言われ、わかりにくくないかなど色々言っても、キャンセル規約に基づき、キャンセル規約に基づき、としか言わず。現地に、キャンセルできないか聞いてくれと言って、わかりました、結果をメールにて返信しますと言ったのに、キャンセル規約に基づきご返金は致しかねます、としか書いてなく、対応はやはりしていない模様でした。私が話している最中も、言葉をかぶせて話されこちらの話も聞く姿勢も見られず、とても不快でした。二度と利用しません。
Horrible service, unreliable, can't be trusted.
Today we arrived after making a confirmed reservation through Voyagin. The restaurant staff said they don't have any reservation under our name and made us stand outside in the street while they check for almost half an hour what is the source of miscommunication between the restaurant and Voyagin, until now we have no idea how this could have happened. Voyagin apologizes and offered us a 10% discount on our next reservation fee, which will never happen as we'll never use their service again.
My family did the Mt. Fuji day tour and it was absolutely awful. 12 hours on a bus and the actual Mount Fuji visit is only 15 minutes long. 15 minutes! The “cruise” that’s advertised is also just a 15 minute boat ride from one dock to another, and at the top of the gondola ride we were told we weren’t even allowed to visit the shrine because we “didn’t have enough time”. The only entertainment anyone on the whole tour had was making jokes about how bad the tour was. 500$ for 3 people wasn’t worth it one bit. Don’t waste your money.
Extremely well recommended. Booked Shinkansen return tickets from Tokyo to kyoto at 2am, went to pick them up the next day at 5pm on a Saturday. Easy! Took away the stress and seats sitting together.
Was in Japan during March. Got my ticket through the company. Weird at first, no one at the front, just a phone, pick it up and ring. The service was good. They also put me on some good other shows.
They got us 4 concierge tickets to the Ghibli museum. Happy with their service and quick responses and reminders over email.
