5My partner & I got small tattoos last minute on our trip in japan, I emailed them and they were prompt, polite and spoke good English. They executed our tattoos perfectly as to what we asked. They were warm and friendly and provided great professional workmanship, he even did my tattoo slightly cheaper than quoted which was a lovely surprise, would come back, highly recommend wakatomo tattoo -renee and Lewis

Contacted them because a friend recommended, as I had a sleeve to finish. For a while it was ok, but when I have been there last time (after they rescheduled 3 times) there was another customer on the table and I was asked to go back after one hour and a half.
I got an e-mail stating that the next session would be free if I decide to keep going there, but I really found this behavior extremely unprofessional.
I put 2 stars instead of 1 because they worked very well in the beginning.
