I have plan to go Tokyo for holiday. The place where I'm living now have limited PC repair shops because it's a little rural. There is a PC repair shop that I frequent. My laptop have a problem of intermittent screen freezing after a certain time of idling. I have brought my laptop to the PC repair shop near the place where I'm living. They are not able to identify the problem and even told me there is no problem with my laptop. Since I have plan to go Tokyo, so I thought of bringing my laptop to the shops in Tokyo and try if I can solve this problem. I Google search the shops and I found Yehey has got good reviews. So I try to contact Yehey. I have also contacted other shops. I needs to make an appointment which is like at least I need to wait for at least 1day to get my laptop diagnosed and the prices quoted me are much more expensive compared to Yehey. While as Yehey, I can go almost immediately. So I decided to allow Yehey to repair my laptop. They have helped me to solve the problem which other shops can't. Thank you very much Yehey.

Zero care about their customers’ time. Been waiting since morning for the pick-up, it’s now almost 6PM in the evening. If I miss the pick-up I’ve been told I’ll have to pay ¥1500. Just wow. Never experienced this with other courier companies. Would never send through this company again.

Update: Nagbbgay po ba kyo ng personal info ng customers nio sa ibang tao/entity/religious groups? Bigla nlng po may ngdoorbell sa apartment nmn, hnhnap yung pinay daw n nktira sa unit nmin—magsshare ng bible study. WALA po akong pinagbgyn ng info ko, wala akong nakausap n ibang pinoy/pinoy company recently kayo lng po.
