お正月に家族でお世話になりました。アットホームな歓迎をしていただき、すごくリラックスして過ごすことができました。お料理も美味しいです。また近隣の良い温泉を教えていただき送迎までしてくれました！次回は犬を連れて行こうと思います。ゲレンデもすぐ近くなので　最高でした。

清潔でゆったりくつろげました。お部屋の窓からの大きな木が見える景色も素敵です。ボリュームいっぱいの朝食も、遅めのランチで頂いたビビンバも、とても美味しかったです。地下のお風呂のTHANNのシャンプーも良い香りでした。

Was staying with my friends for several days in the Lodge Scole. When you hear about Japanese hospitality - you would imagine an excellent service. People working in the Lodge were always helpful, gave advices on the places around and helped with literally every question I had. And food. Breakfast and dinner were sooo great! I even felt myself in an upscale restaurant. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Zao onsen!
Last but not least - staff and the owner speak English, so you will have no issues with communication.

Lovely family owned business and they look after you like your own family member. Healthy delicious food is served everyday and location is great - short stroll from Zao Onsen Bus Terminal and short stroll to the slopes

偏向陽春的房間，但非常整潔。工作人員非常非常友善，晚上和大家聊天十分愉快 員工的英文和日文都非常OK（雖然我日文不OK XD）。早餐不錯，咖啡和果醬非常棒，奶昔和蘋果派也好吃，喜歡他們的鮮奶油
離巴士站和上之臺纜車都很近。
Simple and neat room, very cozy. The staffs are friendly and really helpful. And I really enjoy the talk with them: D
Breakfast is delicious, love the jam and coffee
Close to the bus station and sky cable.

アットホームなロッジで、気さくなオーナーさんとお話したり、愛犬と一緒に楽しめました。また利用したいです。

設備について
ホテルではなくロッジなので、館内着はありません。なので、ルームウェアは持参する必要があります。各部屋にシャワーはありますが、トイレは各階の共同トイレです。部屋のシャワーは排水が悪く詰まっていました。
館内のお風呂は温泉ではありませんが、ジャグジーがついています。

ごはんについて
レストランで朝ごはんをいただきました。
日によってメニューが違うようですが、宿泊したときはフレンチトーストをいただきました。美味しかったです。

レストランの隣りにバーのスペースがあり、夜は常連のお客さん達とお酒を飲みました。

Laid-back and good value western style lodge architect designed in 80’s but in a good way) short walk to ski rental and lifts.
Bi lingual staff.

My partner and I visited in winter. There was a small booking mix up but we were refunded the difference without issue and the room we were placed in instead had an amazing view.

The food is okay, the coffee is great and the staff are lovely. There were a couple of native English speakers on staff.

The rooms are simple but nice, beds were very comfy and they had excellent heating.

Lodge Scole is a short walk from the Zao bus terminal, a walk we did in snow and dark with little issue.

Very friendly staff and great accomodation.
Prices were competitive and the location was within a 5 minute walk to the chair lifts.
The deep bath's were a treat after a big day out on the snow.
Food was also pleasant.

Would definitely reccomend to anyone wanting an authentic Japanese snow experience with a dash of Western style.

I recommend this place.
