本陣平野屋 花兆庵

高山一の名旅館です。サービスもそつなく美味しい料理をいただきました。特に飛騨牛は最高です。
接客は若さがひかります。しかし若さ故なのかもしれませんが何かが足りない感じでした。
夜、フロント係の方が大声で話される声がロビー中に響き渡るのも気になりました。

翌日クルマを停めさせていただき市内を散策しましたが、宿に戻ってからのいつまで停めとんねん？的な嫌そうな顔が印象的です。

高山では1番でも日本では普通かな？

Small mountain city, very convenience to reach by trains depart from Toyama or even Nagoya; there are a lot of Sake houses and HIDA beef restaurants in town you can enjoy while walking in the street

Fantastic service, great rooms and amenities. Probably the best Ryokan in town. The location couldn't have been better.

高山市内の老舗的旅館で夜の会食でも利用できます。予算的にもお高めですが、料理とおもてなしは、とても素晴らしいと思います。
4月の雛祭り（高山では旧暦のためひな祭りは4月）の際に並べられるお雛様は、見事で一見の価値ありですね。

I booked for two night to stay in this Ryokan. For my past experience of traditional Japanese Ryokan, I would expect having dinner inside the Ryokan. But during my second night dinner, the staff just brought us to a restaurant which took 3-4 minute by car. It is totally out of my expectation, the staffs didn’t tell us we need to go out to eat beforehand. Our family just having onsen inside the Ryokan and all of us were wearing Yukata. It’s making we look like idiots.
I would not recommend this Ryokan to other.

食事は個室なので一人旅でも気兼ねなく利用できます 白川郷へ行く事を伝えるとチェックアウト時にも関わらず長靴を貸して下さいました、返却は高山駅前のお土産屋さんで良いとの事です。
高山駅から少し歩きますがお部屋、食事共に良いホテルでした。

料理が最高に美味しいです！
ですが部屋がイマイチ。。。
JRの安いプランだからしょうがないかな〜
料理はグレードアップしました。
スタッフは流石に高級旅館だけありました。good！
移動が寒かったけど外のお風呂も良かったです

This was a wonderful place for us to visit on our honeymoon. They treated us like celebrities! We had a garden view open air bath that was very peaceful and relaxing to use. Every time we left and returned to the ryokan we were well taken care of. The robes that they provide were fun to wear and the food was excellent! We enjoyed both the sushi and Hida beef options.
