家で食べるなら、精肉コーナーの切り落としで十分おいしいです。
おすすめの食べ方は、カルビを焼いて、大根おろしに醤油です。胃もたれなくスッキリですよ

Good to tatse the Hida beef with vegetables. We tried the "shabu shabu", it was good with good portions. More affordable than other restaurants.

It's a standard cook yourself type restaurant
We picked a menu item that said it was for 2 to 3 people
Wasn't enough for 1, it had 1 slice of carrot, 1 small slice of pumpkin, about one eighth of a cabbage and a small amount of beef

Best Hida Beef restaurant in town. Waiters are very attentive. We just couldn't believe the taste of real Hida Beef. Amazing, we'll return as soon as we can.

Great meat (even not the A5 is worth remembering for a long time), much less expensive than expected (40 eur for two people with sake), and interactive as you cook yourself!

One of the best Hida Beef. Great price too. You can't find it anywhere else other then Takayama.

Amazing stuff. We came here to try the A5 Hida beef. Great marbling and melts in your mouth. Due to budget reasons we decided to order cheaper items. Got the fatty pork and they were amazing too.

しゃぶしゃぶや焼肉を頼む人が多いいですが、すき焼きも美味しいですよ。焼肉にビールも当然美味しいです。個人的にはすき焼きが一番すきで、これを食べに丸明さんに来ています。本当に美味しいお肉ですのでまた食べにきます。
