なだ松

Such a wonderful neighborhood gem! We came across this spot while looking for an izakaya near our Airbnb during a difficult night where many shops had no seats or hung up on us as soon as we said something over the phone in English. The owner/chef or Nadamatsu is extremely friendly, speaks great English (despite apologizing for not speaking well!) and of course served amazing food. We had the genuine feeling of “omakase” as he served a variety of sashimi, yakitori, and curry dishes based on what was fresh in the kitchen. We came a bit earlier in the night and later on we got to see regulars come in, which made for a wonderful neighborhood atmosphere. Even when things got busy, the owner made sure to check in on us, even asking us what anime is popular in the US - and when I said “Demon Slayer, ” he suddenly plopped 3 figurines from the anime in front of us and said it was a gift to remember our time in Kanazawa! The time at Nadamatsu was truly so heartwarming and a memorable night! As we left, the chef followed us out the door and thanked us and welcome us back soon - I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Kanazawa!

金沢観光時に伺いましたが、シンプルに最高でした。
大将も気さくでとても楽しい食事させてもらえました。

口体験？したら納得するでしょうね、値段もリーズナブル。

元お鮨屋さんのご主人がされている居酒屋です。

友人のお気に入りのお店ということで連れてきてもらいました。お料理が美味しいのはもちろんのこと、ご主人の人柄がとてもよく楽しい時間が過ごせました。

コロナで時短営業とのことで20時頃に来られた何組かはお断りせざるを得ない状況だったため、その分私達が還元できればなとしっかりご馳走になりました。

友人いわくポテトサラダが絶品だそうですが、この日はあいにく仕込んでなかったそう (そもそも用意してる日の方が少ない) なので、次回は是非食べてみたいと思います！

知り合いに、教えてもらって行って来ました。笑顔が素敵な大将が居る、お店です。
