石川県立自然史資料館

This museum is near Hokuriku University. You can visit this museum for free. You will find the giant octopus here, interesting museum that not so many people know.

あまり知られていない場所です。観覧者は少なかったです。

Animals, plants, and aquatic organisms living in Ishikawa Prefecture are on display. There are no live creatures on display, but rather stuffed animals. The exhibits are all very realistic and have explanations that relate to Ishikawa Prefecture.

I visited on a holiday and there were very few visitors. The main attraction was the giant squid. The giant squid exhibit is rare, so I highly recommend going to see it. The science experiment section is currently closed due to infection control measures, but I would like to visit again when it is reopened. I think children can enjoy it from around 4 years old. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to enjoy the whole exhibit.

雑草館でたくさんの種類の雑草に名前があり雑草が身近におもえました、

落ち着いて見れる環境です。
家族連れでこどもは小学校低学年からがおすすめ。
大きな標本や骨があります。

自然と化石の資料は充実していますが、もう少し子どもが遊べるスペースがあったほうが来館者が増えるかと思います。
