鰯組

食べても鰯と解らないほど、旨い鰯料理が食べられます。飛込では入店は難しい感じです。料理はすこし高めに金額を設定されている気がしますが、食べてみると納得です。下ごしらえの秀逸さがよく解る、美味しいお店です。

私はお肉が好きです。魚より肉派です。
それでも鰯組に行くと、何を食べても美味しいので大満足して帰れます。
個人的にはラーメンと鰯の梅たたきが好きですが、初訪の方はお得なコースをオススメします
末永く通いたい大好きなお店のひとつです。

鰯の専門店（居酒屋）です。
色んな鰯料理があって迷ったので、
コースを頼んだら、沢山出てきました。
鰯タタキは絶品ですね。
一人で行きましたが、8人ぐらい座れる落ち着いたカウンターで居心地良いです。
金沢は、刺身、寿司、金沢野菜のお店が多いのですが、ココはおすすめです。

鰯専門の料理店です。
娘が石川県にバレーボール遠征に行った時に顧問の先生に教えていただいたお店。
私が大好きな一品は鰯のたたきです。海苔にのせて食べた食感はとっても美味️他もみんな美味しいので是非ご賞味ください。
お店に沢山の提灯が飾ってあります。私の提灯も作っていただきました
金沢に行ったらまた行きたい

コロナのせいでご無沙汰しておりましたが、
友人夫婦をお連れし、気に入って頂きました。季節柄小ぶりの鰯でしたがかえって処理が世話かもっと主婦的目線で頂きましたが、
ラーメンが冷麺になっていたのを初めて頂きおいしかったです。また、お邪魔します。

Loved our experience at this restaurant. We had the set menu and loved every course, particularly the sashimi. We thought it was so touching that at the end they gave us a little gift. Really memorable experience.

Incredible hospitality, delicious food and authentic atmosphere. We were greeted by the loveliest waitress and the owner even came to speak to us. It was our honeymoon and they made us feel so special. We will never forget our experience there. We cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you want to taste Kanazawa’s delicious sardines! 店内もお洒落でしたし、店主and店員さんの対応が良く満足です
2階の席でしたが呼び鈴が手動で本当に呼んでいるのか分かりづらかった

I only had sardines a few times in my life but let me tell you this is not your usual sardines eating.

We took the course menu and each dish was truly excellent, with bonus points for the sardine sashimi, the sardine sushis and the hot pot soup.
Good selection of local sakes too.
They have an English menu and can communicate well enough to explain each plate.

The owners are incredibly kind and they put a lot of attention and care in everything they do.
We got a complimentary fried sardines bite, and they even gifted us a box of their premade homemade curry sauce!

I totally recommend to eat here if you’re in Kanazawa!

この日は身が柔らかいのでなめろうにしてくれました。

イワシ明太子の明太子の量には驚き！！

やはり日本酒を飲む方が多いのか、カウンターにすでにお猪口が用意されていました笑

週末ということもあり店内は満席だったので予約必須かも！

Sardines for mains - absolutely unique yet very very delicious. The spring rolls and tataki are delicious, and would also recommend the yukke (sort of a tartare).

忘年会で利用させていただきました。

店は町家を改装してある感じ？でしょうか素敵でした。呼び鈴のすごく良い作りです！
