生に一度の夢のようなホテル。宿泊施設でこれほど清潔でよく眠れたのは初めてだと思います。独自の美容製品ブランドから始めて、すべてがよく考えられています。部屋の温泉は素晴らしく、到着後の会席ディナーは特別な楽しみでした。また行きたいと思っていますが、料金がちょっと高いです。

ダンな日本旅館のデザインを備えた、最高の静けさの場所。ここはリラックスしてくつろぐのに最適な場所です。
スタッフは本当にフレンドリーで気が利いていて、私たちの滞在を素晴らしいものにしてくれました。

約5年前の２月に宿泊しました。最初は1泊2度目は2泊憧れのお宿最高のおもてなしと、サイコーのお料理の噂に偽り無く、生涯忘れ得ぬ思い出になりました、が、お小言を１つ夕食、朝食共に、スタッフのトレーニングとオペレーション不足が目に付きました最高級のお宿️お値段も最高級️残念です

ビューに6つ星があればいいのに！妻と私は新婚旅行でここに来ましたが、信じられないほど素晴らしかったです。
場所、スタッフ、食事、アメニティに至るまで、この場所にはすべてが揃っています。

場所は趣のある小さな温泉街の丘の上にあります。
スタッフは信じられないほど素晴らしく、おそらく私たちの旅行の一番のお気に入りの部分でした。ジェフ（オバジュースを持って）、ディーン、ウェンティン（贈り物をありがとう！）、オーナー（お茶会をしてくれてありがとう！）、そしてキッチンを切り盛りする彼らの息子（名前を今忘れてしまってごめんなさい！）とても親切な人々と、滞在中のあらゆるニーズに対応してくれました。
食事は本当に素晴らしく、和食の朝食はとても美味しく、昼食はほとんど何も食べられませんでした。ディナーは、毎晩異なるコースを試すテイスティングメニューでした。食事自体も滞在するのに十分な理由です。
アメニティはとても驚きで嬉しかったです。ホテルには、美しい苔に覆われた庭園があり、美しい雰囲気を醸し出しています。私たちの伝統的な部屋はとても美しく、部屋の温泉はとてもリラックスできました。

このホテルのすべてについて、いくらでも話せます。普段はホテルのレビューを書かないのですが、5 泊した後は書かざるを得ませんでした。

また戻ってくるので、近いうちにまたベニア・ムカユに会えることを願っています。

のホテルは 4 か月前に予約しましたが、直前にホテルをキャンセルするようお願いします。残念ながら、ホテルには 22 日間のキャンセルポリシーがあり、2023 年には受け入れられません。予約当日はホテルが満室ではなく、全額請求されました。他の部屋が空いていたからといって、お金を失ったわけではありません。これは顧客志向がないことを示しています

2年前のクリスマスに利用しました。
施設の内装・サービス共に非常に素晴らしく妻ともまた伺いたいねと
よく話題に出ます。
金額は少々張りますが、加賀山城温泉へ行くのであれば
大変オススメなお宿です。
香箱蟹も大変美味でした

ルレ・エ・シャトーの会員の高級温泉旅館。訪ねた日は幸運に恵まれ、当館と親交のあるフランスの星付きレストランのシェフ、ク−ロンボ-氏とのコラボが催された日で思わぬ追加のご馳走を堪能させてもらいました。無論温泉も素晴らしく良い旅をさせてもらいました。

Our stay at Beniya Mukayu was the highlight of our trip to Japan and it is not surprising that they are a Relais and Chateau hotel. As soon as I stepped into this ryokan, I was greeted by the ultra verdant trees, the inviting scent of incense, and felt relaxed immediately. The whole building is thoughtfully designed by an architect and evokes the peacefulness of a forest retreat. The room was impeccable and beautiful with a private hot spring bath; we particularly enjoyed the Yakushiyama skincare line developed by Mukayu so much that we bought almost everything in the line at the gift shop. The grounds of Beniya rivals the Kokedera temple of Kyoto with the plethora of moss gracing every inch of the forest floor. All the meals at Mukayu from the kaiseki dinner to the Japanese breakfast were delicious and made us feel like we are at a Michelin restaurant. Speaking of Michelin, we were fortunate to have visited Mukayu during their anniversary celebration so Chef Charles Columbeau of Maison dans le Parc (a Michelin restaurant) came to create a collaboration dinner with Mukayu which was a magical experience. The staff at Mukayu was effortlessly kind, especially Mrs. Nakamichi, the okami of Mukayu, who made us feel so welcome that we felt like we were staying in her home instead of a hotel; this is the ultimate way to experience Japanese ‘omotenashi. ’ We loved all the staff members we interacted with, and remember Marta, Grace, and Jeff fondly. I highly highly recommend that you visit this ryokan to experience the best of Japanese culture. We are definitely going to come back to Mukayu for sure on our next visit to Japan.

As a frequent business traveler and Lifetime Marriott Platinum member, we been to many hotels in many different places around the world. This is one of the occasions that we did not use a Marriott hotel. This hotel experience from the traditional Japanese room with private onsen, the food quality and service, art installations on the property, and overall family- oriented accommodations was top notch!

We are Asian Americans and do not speak Japanese, except for hello and thank you, but everyone was very welcoming and there was plenty of English speaking staff. We also appreciate the diversity of the staff, especially during the food service. Overall, a high quality and highly memorable stay!

One of the best experiences of my life, worth every penny!

The peace and calm, the architecture, the food, and most of all, the service and love and care from the owners and staff were truly remarkable. Marta was incredible and professional and warm with emails leading up to our trip, and checking upon all of our needs.

We got some of the best sleep of our life, and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, the room, the onsen, and massage.

We cannot wait to come here again. Outstanding.

The hotel is a delight form the architectural point of view, is crafted and designed with love and a great harmony. The Japanese staff incredibly polite and careful. The place is a retreat from the outside world. Everything is great but the European lady that runs reception, very arrogant lady combining the worst of occidental culture with complete lack of oriental sensitivity, it is difficult to understand the role of such a person in a japanese hotel, eroding the legendary japanese hospitality

斜面を見下ろす形にバルコニーと室内温泉が設えてありました

お食事は郷土料理、地の物、旬の物と郷土愛にあふれたお料理でした

静かにそしてゆっくりと時間がながれています
「無何有」なにもない　が故の贅沢さを堪能しました
時代の慌ただしさに疲れた　大人達におすすめのお宿だと思います

数年前に宿泊してから虜になり、1年に1回はご褒美に訪れる宿です。温泉はちょうどいい温度で長風呂にぴったりです。

部屋もとても居心地がよくいつかは2泊してゴロゴロしたいと思っています。洋室も和室もとても素敵です。部屋風呂の温度はちょっと熱めなので、涼しみながら入るといいです。

食事はどの季節にいっても美味しいのですが春の花山椒鍋と冬の蟹がオススメです。日本酒ペアリングもとてもいいですよ。

いつもアーリチェックインをして温泉、スパ、そして食事と癒される時間を過ごしています。

We just checked out this morning and are still on cloud 9. I hesitate to write this review for fear the secret of this magical oasis gets out. Beniya Mukayu is the quintessence of refined Japanese ryokan experience, with absolutely unparalleled hospitality and service. In fact, we just checked into a “5 star hotel” in Kyoto and it pales in comparison in every way. From the tranquility, to the style and attention to detail, and of course, the customer service - Beniya Mukayu is remarkable. The onsen is a one-of-a-kind mountain retreat for those looking for an escape from the bustle and bustle of japans cities. The libraries are like art installations, the moss garden is a sanctuary of peace. We appreciated that the owner herself was there to greet us on our first and last day. We would like to thank the staff (reception/restaurant) that keeps the place running beautifully made our stay what it was. Leaving was hard, made sweeter only because we know we’ll return. 10/10 - Glustrom Family ️

An exceptional place, with friendly, professional staff, run by two engaged and charismatic owners. This is the best ryokan I've ever stayed in, and one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating hotel experiences I've ever had.

蟹尽くしのコースが最高だった。スタッフさんの掛け合いが面白くて終始笑えた。部屋もオシャレな造りでかつ、ロビーや図書館もありどこもオブジェがあって美しかった。外の景色がどこでも眺められ、大きな窓が特徴的だった。
スタッフさんのおもてなしも素晴らしく、料理も最高。必ずまたお伺いしたいです。

A gentle place of mind clearing well being. Soothed along gracefully by professional staff and a surprising closeness to nature as well as notable contemporary art. Exceptional dining.

We had an incredible stay at Beniya Mukayu! Our room was very comfortable and the onsen in our room was very relaxing. The gardens are beautiful- you can even do a tour of all the different types of moss in it! The restaurant was exceptional with so many delicious dishes. There is also a very cool modern art exhibit. What made Beniya Mukayu world class was how welcoming the owners (who hosted a private tea ceremony with us) and the staff was. Highly recommend!
