I got the Chef’s choice 10 pcs, and a side dish of grilled octopus. I was the last customer, and felt warm-welcoming just as anyone else. The chef took time to tell me what fish each nigiri was. At the end, after I finished, the server offered me a nice hot cup of matcha. It was a wonderful way for me to end my long tiring day.

17: 30からオープンということで17: 30に来店しましたが、オープン前から並んでいました。英語のメニューもあり、外国の方にも優しいです。
今回食べたセットは1300円ほどでお手頃です。ネタも新鮮で大満足です。長く続いている理由がわかります。一品料理もあるのらでお酒を飲まれる方にもおすすめです。店員さんも親切でぜひまた伺います。

予約して伺いました。初の香箱がにでしたが、美味しくて感動しました！！卵系は苦手ですが内子も美味しく食べられました。臭くない。
お寿司は意外にマグロの赤身が美味しかったです。あとはノドグロの握りも。
お寿司は小さめの握りで、シャリはホロッと口の中で解けます。

店内は静かめで店員さんも淡々とお仕事されている感じです。

ディナーで利用させて頂きました。最高でした！
アレコレ悩まずに、すぐ香りんさんを予約すれば良かったです (^^)

家の近くにこういう店がある人が羨ましいです

2022年4月に訪問。
金沢城公園の近くにあるお寿司屋さんです。
HPの案内などを見るとインバウンドをターゲットにしている感じのお店でした。
座敷には外国人の姿がありました。

感じの良い女将さんの接客でした。
注文したのはマスター気まぐれにぎり10巻。
オーダーの時に牡蠣は大丈夫でしょうかと聞かれました。
食材の好みの融通が効くようです。
少なめのシャリでこれだけで満腹にはなりませんでしたが、この後近江町市場で引き続き飲み食いをしたためちょうどよかったです。

入った感じはインバウンド向けのお寿司屋さん。
メニューの見た感じや携帯充電器が設置してある所など、外国人の方にとても優しいお寿司屋さんと思われる。

しかし、味、中身は日本人にオススメの大満足なお寿司屋さんで驚きました。
安い、うまい、地元のものもたくさん。

オススメで握ってもらえるメニューも何パターンか用意されています。

テーブル席は2-3席の小さなお店で、
カウンターは一見狭いと思いきや
意外と快適に過ごせました。

私は7時ごろに訪問しましたが
そこからお客さんが次から次へとやってきて
あっという間に満席になっていました。

滞在先ホテルで待っているから電話してくださいと言って
帰っていく人もいました。

おなかいっぱい食べて、
ノドグロやいくらも遠慮なく食べて、
お会計が2人で7500円･･･
安すぎてビックリしました。

金沢駅からそんなに遠くもなく
近江町市場から歩いてすぐです。
人にオススメしたいお寿司屋さんです。

とても美味しいお寿司がいただけました。
のどぐろの握りは口の中で溶けるほど柔らかく病みつきになりそうです。
お店もこじんまりしていてとても居心地が良く、店員さんも優しかったです。
また来たいです。

Throughout all my travels in Japan this is by far my favourite sushi restaurant. Not only is the sushi the best I have ever had, the price is more than reasonable and Takeshi Yoshikawa-san and his wife are amazing hosts. If you are in Kanazawa you must go to Kourin-sushi to eat!

Amazing quality sushi here, ordered 2 sushi sets and mackerel sushi just cause its so amazing. Definately one of the most memorable experiences i've had in japan. Excellent customer service as well!

This place is awesome, and they speak English!
The price is reasonable, meaning is not very cheap, but the quality that you get for what you pay is really good. Get the chef choice if you just want to get sushi, but if you want the best, get a nodoguro sushi

I repeat, nodoguro sushi. It is probably the best sushi I've ever had. The fish just melt when you eat it. If you enjoy japanese cuisine, this might be just what you're looking for in Kanazawa

For the service, it was really good. The place was comfortable, warm (i went on a winter day), and so homey. I met with 2 staff who handle our table, and both were speaking perfect English. We even have some little chat with one of the staff (Hiro) about his experience living in UK.

Overall, I was really happy with the experience that I get. Definitely recommend, and I would come back the next time i visiti Kanazawa

Ps: they even gave us origami crane (orizuru) as souvenir. I don't think thats a standard service tho

The price is low for the average of the city, but it lacks the quality that other sushi restaurants have. Friendly staff, but overall you should consider paying a little more for a much better sushi experience.

Probably the best place in the fish market area, definitely recommended

近江町の近くにありながら、お手頃な値段でうまい寿司を提供してくれるお店。
最近では、外国人観光客も多く、ランチの頃合いは日本人より外国人が多いことも。
メニューに英語表記があるなど、お店の気遣いがよいのだろうと思う。

Nice sushi place for local people and foreign tourists. Tasty food, good atmosphere, friendly staff. You can use their Wi-Fi or charge your phone with provided cables. Credit cards accepted. Waitress will give you a origami swan as a souvenir. Worth trying.

Located near the castle and omicho market. Compared to what you can get at the nearby omicho market, the sushi were average and the crab serving disappointingly small for 1300yen. However the service was fast and friendly.

Great tasting, fresh and local sushi. Quite affordable for what you’re getting - fresh sushi is never going to be dirt cheap at the end of the day. The salmon was particularly nice here

Small and cosy sushi place with smiling and friendly hosts. The sushi is no-nonsense and delicious. Also have to mention, that the soy sauce is the best I ever tasted. Highly recommended.

Great sushi (I would recommend to try the high-end selection, fatty tuna is to die for). Staff and owners are super friendly and speak very good English.
