DO NOT USE APARTMAN! They just entered my home without my consent. They came into my house! They did not ring the doorbell. They did not announce their arrival. I did not know they were here until I heard them in my house! This is illegal!

The worse company ever! I have so many problems with them. Here is just 2.

Our AC/heater broke and we contacted them, but they did not respond for over a week. And this is when it is very cold and snowing and we have 2 children under 1.5 years old. When Apartman finally responded, they just said to contact the AC/heater company. They did not provide contact information or support even though Apartman was responsible for having the company instal the unit. We did not have a choice in which AC company to use.

We have been living in our apartment for 4 years and pay monthly fees. In 4 years, they only swept the apartment hallway less than 10 times! And only once did they clean the entrance glass and remove the spider webs. The entrance is covered with spider webs and many spiders and the hallways are always dirty with dust, hair and dead insects. They only clean when I call to complain. I frequently clean the building myself, even when I am pregnant! I sweep the hallways and buy insect spray to kill the spiders at the entrance! Using poison and sweeping when pregnant is not good for my health. Finally after 4 years they posted a monthly schedule when someone will come to sweep.

I am so embarrassed when people come to visit me because they must see the dirty entrance. And why do I pay monthly fees? Where does this money go?

Apartman never helps the customer. They do not use our money for the building or to maintain cleanliness and operation. They use friends or family to do minimal repairs or tell you to do things yourself.

A new problem with the same unhelpful experience. We have two broken toilets and it’s been 6 days and Apartman does not fix the toilets! They wait 4 days to send 2 young boys to “assess” the situation. They came into the apartment smelling like cigarettes. They only flushed the toilet, took and video, and left. Did NOTHING. Did not try to look into the toilet, pipes, etc.only took a video! And it took 2 workers! When I asked when will they come to return to fix the toilets they said, they need to wait for the manufacturer. I can’t believe Apartman will allow their tenets to live without working toilets! This is unacceptable.

近隣の騒音など相談すれば早めに対応してくれたし、備え付けの家電が故障すれば点検や交換等対応も早かった。
退去時の原状回復にかかる費用をぼったくる不動産が多い中、清掃費用しかかからなかった。これが一番の高ポイント。
ただ電話対応は感じ悪いなーって思うかもしれません

どこもそうかもしれませんが契約するまでとても親切で契約後はとても不親切。担当者が次々に変わり、入居後に判明する設備不良の数々にうんざりし、そんなに甘い管理でやっているのかと不信感を持ち、いろいろとありましたが自分でなんとかしろという横柄な態度を取られたり、その後も逆ギレに近い対応をされたりしました。もう二度と利用することはないでしょう。自分としてはオススメしません。

入居してから、退去までの、スタッフは、不親切。最低

(株) アパートマン 駅西店 にも同様のレビューを上がっているのを契約後に発見したが、まったくその通りだった。
口頭での説明は、嘘や適当な事しか言わず、入居後は知らないふりで泣き寝入りさせようというスタンス。
駐車場の場所取りの時など、使いたい場所を確保するとの事で申請したが、他の人に既に取られていたという理由で申請内容と違う場所で契約書を発行、その差異を契約の時に説明すら無く、契約後に違う場所と発覚。適当な仕事ぶりです。

もう二度と利用したくないし、利用しないことをオススメしたい。

女性スタッフが多い印象を受けた会社でした。隣で契約書の説明を受けているお客さんもいましたが、契約書の内容を結構丁寧に説明しているようで好印象を持ちました。
