箱根の森おかだ

3人で宿泊しているのに、コップが２つしか用意されていないとか、隣の棟に行くのにスリッパを脱がなきゃならんとか、気が休まらないよ。温泉宿に泊まろうとしている客の立場になって欲しい。
外の景色は駐車場と山です。期待できる風情ではない。

お盆の時期に訪れました。併設する日帰り温泉の建物へは連絡通路があり雨の日でも移動が楽です。寝湯やうたせ湯、露天風呂も数があり密にならずに利用出来ました。プールもあるので小さなお子さんのいる家族にもオススメかと思います。

電話対応での言葉遣いのなってなさに驚きました。
良いお年をされた男性の声でしたが、返し方は学生とお話ししているようでした…。

問い合わせメールを2件お送りしましたが、一切返信もありませんし。
来月伺う予定ですが、不安しかありません…

Compared with price I will give more than 80 score.hot spring ok good.food ok good.room size ok good.decorations acceptable.service ok for family。 if stay more day in hot spring I will say is one of very good choice

残念ながら写真を撮り忘れたのですが、食事がとても美味しかったです。揚げたての天ぷらや刺し身、豚肉や野菜など、全部が美味しかったです。特にお米が美味しくて思わず大盛りをお替りしてしまいました。

部屋は２階のツインの洋室で、妻は狭いと言ってましたが、泊まる分には十分な広さだと思います。テレビは壁掛けですが、角度を調整できるので遠い方のベットからもちゃんと見れます。アメニティはほとんどありません。部屋着は浴衣です。浴衣はフロントに置かれており、帯は部屋の中のタオルと一緒に袋に入ってました。ちなみに、コンセントがいっぱいあったのがすごく良かったです。

お風呂は３階の連絡通路を通って、隣の建物の４階にあります。露天風呂がメインで、すぐ近くに水風呂もありました。
夜になるとカエルの鳴き声がちょっとうるさかったです。

Rude awakening! On arrival, at the reception we were met by 4 non-Japanese male employees, 3 of whom were apparently of South-Asian descent. The creepy factor was off the chart - they were quite literally looking at the women of our group from head to toe. To say this made the women of our group uncomfortable is an understatement.
I would not recommend this hotel to any women groups!
The reception of this hotel was devoid of the concept of おもてなし (Omotenashi). Besides the poor welcome, other common aspects of hospitality, kindness, common courtesy, even a bow was pretty much non-existent.
On the flip side, the restaurant staff were excellent, exactly what you normally see in hotel restaurants.
Otherwise - The rooms seemed a bit run down, the Japanese breakfast was delicious, the onsen had some nice ambiance & was most refreshing, the pool was closed. Overall, the hotel and its facilities are fine (if you can pick this up at a discount).
Would have probably given this 3 stars, but I’m going with 1 star since that reception check-in was way too creepy – it is not something any woman should have to go through.

系列の日帰り温泉の"湯の里おかだ"には、三度も行っているのに、一時間ちょっとで帰宅出来てしまう好立地の為に、宿泊しようという気にはなれずにいましたが、今回は好立地な故に宿泊相場がお高い箱根湯本温泉にﾘｰｽﾞﾅﾌﾞﾙに泊まる目的で、予約しました。
予約サイトのプランは遅めのﾁｴｯｸｲﾝだから、安いと言う内容でしたが、早くに着いてもすぐ部屋に案内されました。
部屋はツインルームで、決して狭い訳ではないけど、荷物を置く台はなく、ﾊﾞｯｸﾞを床に置くか、半纏の入っている小さな押入れに収めるかって処が少し不満な部分。
風呂は隣接の｢湯の里おかだ｣を利用しますが、二日間の日帰り温泉の利用料金は2900円するので、実質の宿泊料金は五千円代
それなのに、夕食は天麩羅⋅刺身⋅煮付けなどの味わい御膳が美味しかった。朝食は品数は少なめながら、皆美味しい和食ﾊﾞｲｷﾝｸﾞでとても満足。
ｻｰﾋﾞｽの部分では、ﾁｴｯｸｱｳﾄ後も｢湯の里おかだ｣で無料で寛ぐ為の利用券を出してくれるのですが、浴衣も引き続き貸してくれ、館内着代@500円もｻｰﾋﾞｽされたと同じで、言う事なしでした。
ただ、訪れた時は中国の春節の時期で、館内で交わされる会話は中国語が中心な感じな時期で、客室のﾃﾚﾋﾞでは｢中国の新型伝染病のﾋﾄﾋﾄ感染予防の為に、うがい⋅手洗い⋅消毒を徹底して下さい｣と言ってる時に、ｽﾘｯﾊﾟの取り違え対策を何もしてない事に不満。
口コミ評価が高い、系列のﾎﾃﾙおかだの温泉に行った時には、しっかりｽﾘｯﾊﾟ取り違え対策が取られていたので、余計に無防備ぶりを痛感。
ｽﾘｯﾊﾟを裏返しに置いたり、仲間のを重ねて置いたり、間違がえられない工夫をしても、毎回自分の物を持っていかれ、誰が履いてきたかも解らないｽﾘｯﾊﾟを履かなければならない事態は病気をうつされる危険もあり苦痛でした。
部屋に部屋番号の着いた洗濯ﾊﾞｻﾐを用意するなりして、伝染病保菌者と隔離する対策は即刻採って欲しいと強く思いました。

By way of appearance she's an older place. Perhaps this is what makes it more affordable than others in the area. But the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the baths are exquisite. Also perfect walking distance from Tenzan, one of the most revered onsen in Hakone.

Very nice onsen hotel. I really love the outdoor onsen which consist of several pool. The hotel rate is also relatively affordable

ホテルおかだは立派で、着いて良かったと思ったのも束の間、箱根の森おかだは、それをさらに上へ上へと歩かされ、疲れるなんてものじゃないと言うほど、遠く参りました。食事は良かったのですが、食事だけかな。

The room was old with a smell of urine! Rooms with good audibility, so you can hear everything that neighbors do. The only one thing I liked - is onsen.

Truly enjoyed our stay in this traditional Japanese hotel! The Onsen experience was one to remember. Loved Hakone!

The staff was so kind and drove us by car between the two buildings when we needed it!
They gave us all the informations we needed and they remembered that we were going to see Fuji san and asked us if we were able to see it when we came back, very thoughtful:)

いい意味でも悪い意味でも昭和な感じが否めない旅館でした。

夕食は懐石風ですが一度に用意されぬるい感じでした、固形燃料でお肉を焼いて天ぷらは後から揚げたてがきます。

朝は和食で納豆のり温泉卵という感じでパンやコーヒーはなかったです。
コーヒー、紅茶があるとさらに嬉しいです (^. ^)

The outdoor onsen was mesmorizing and very luxurious. The hotel itself is located on a hill, and the view was awesome. Slightly on the pricier side, but the service was impeccable. There is a shuttle bus with a 100 yen fee that'll bring guests to and fro from Hakone-Yumoto station.
