ハイアットリージェンシー箱根リゾート&スパ

スタッフの接遇はかなりハイレベルです。
個人的には箱根「豊月」と1、2を争うレベル。
レストランの男性スタッフの接遇が特に良かった。井上さん、中西さん（上西さん？すみませんうる覚えです、、）いろいろありがとうございました。
ルームサービスはビーフカレーとシーザーサラダがおすすめ。ワインの種類も豊富です。ルームサービスのラストオーダーは22時半迄なので気をつけて。
あまり全面に押し出していませんが、料理のとても美味しいホテルです。

箱根に寄った際には是非！

The guest room was HUGE. There are separate remote controls in the room for TV, Stereo and air conditioning. We were provided with yukata and tanzen (Japanese style over coat) to wear within the resort property. The indoor onsen pool was large. The staff was well trained.

Superb! Great service, Maxing mountain view room, great onsen and free flow drinks from 4 til 7 is great! It is expensive, it worth it. Great location and great shuttle bus options.

Incredible mountaintop resort, with stunning views of the hillside, extremely well appointed rooms that have traditional attention to detail, yet feeling modern. Bed is extremely comfortable, and who doesn't love a separate half bath for maximum privacy. Meticulous maintenance, and overflowing warmth and service from staff. Free-flowing happy hour (that is free) whilst being encouraged to wear our hotel-provided hirhaori and yukata. The breakfast is to die for. Easy proximity to amazing excursions. If you are coming to Hakone, this is the only place stay.

昔からゴルフの日に利用するホテルです。都内から高速道利用で比較的近く世界基準のサービスが受けられます。 しかし此処や箱根プリンスも最近設備投資や食材の高級感が、抑えられている気がして残念です。 今後に期待致します。

満足度100%でした

季節が冬でしたので、また違う季節にお伺いしたいと思います。

前回はフレンチのコースでしたので
次回はとても悩んだ寿司懐石を食したいです

Is there a 6th star? One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! With a certain peace about it, it’s a wonderful jumping off point to explore Hakone or just to come recover from a long flight for a night or two! Delicious food and complimentary drinks every evening - you couldn’t ask for a more serene place away from the hustle on bustle of Tokyo!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

The chic and classy vibe when you enter. The warmth of a fireplace. The thrill of eating by said fireplace. The amazing local produce and food. The high class Japanese service.

The highlight was the onsen which is in house and absolutely stunning.

Albeit the prices are high, the stay is worth it!

ランチ&温泉のクーポンで利用しました。宿泊ではないので、接客はどうかなと不安でしたが、レストランでもスパ受付でも良い対応でした。
料理も美味しく、温泉もきれいにしてあり気持ちよく利用出来ました。

Very comfortable hotel, great included happy hour, expansive and delicious breakfast. We had our first onsen experience here, and it was really lovely to get to grips with onsen culture before venturing into the more public (and more chlorinated!) spas of hakone. It is on a hill and while you can explore the area via train/ropeway/bus etc having a car whilst staying here is greatly recommended as it makes exploring the local area significantly easier and gives you a lot more flexibility.

わんちゃんを連れ室内OKだったので４人と２匹で行ったのですが、三十六度の炎天下でテラス席！さっさと食べて帰ろうと注文したが、おいしくない！料金も高い！ほったらかしで冷たい水のサービスも催促しないと持ってこない！失敗した！

最高です。箱根でのランチ＋おふろは、その他の施設へも行っていますが、このホテルが一番良かったです。
到着次第のスタッフの対応、ランチ待時間 (30分) ラウンジに通され、食事のセレクトは少なめですが…美味しかったです。

全体的に手抜きがないので好評価です。

Great staff, great view, great breakfast! Highly recommanded! But keep in mibd that its hard to get by foot, the location is uphill

喫煙で予約入れたのに禁煙になってて戸惑いました。あと、誕生日は申告するとケーキが出るみたいな事が書いてあったので伝えた所、料理のコースのデザートの横に輪切りのバナナ１枚にロウソクが１本立ってる物が出てきて衝撃でした。あれ喜ぶ人居るのかなって感じです。アメニティのクシが痛くて使いづらいです。
