さりげない｢おもてなし｣がとても良い。

押し付けがましくないが、非常に丁寧なおもてなしをしていただけて、とても心地よかったです。

料理の味も繊細で美味。

客を選ぶように 静かな利用者ばかりで、閑静で落ち着きのある 良宿です。
冷蔵庫は、al freeです。
廊下は畳でした。
welcome drinkで一口ビールをいただきました。
食事は、食べきれないくらい出ます。
内容も素晴らしいです。
ぜひ、リピートしようと考えています。

A little out of my american comfort zone, but authentic. Excellent japaneese food, and service.

数年ぶりの箱根強羅でした。
外に出る予定を一切考えずお宿に滞在プランでした (*^-^*) 源泉のお湯はとてもきれいで何度もお部屋の露天風呂を入りました。体が暖まりベッドに横になって汗が引く時間が至福でした (*^-^*) 眠ったり起きたり…そんな宿泊にぴったりの花扇でした。スタッフのとても柔らかい素敵な笑顔の対応印象に残りました。

My name is Jam Lexusman, I came to Japan for Test Drive The World in Japan. Our group had tested Drive Lexus at Fuji Speed Way and we had 2 nights here.
How marvelous Hotel we had! Private Onzen in our room. Hotel is very clean and very need in every details. I Love this hotel

Best, pricy authentic japanese hotel including breakfast and dinner is here. About the Suite, there are 3 parts Bedroom, Bathroom with private open-air Onsen fulled of luxury facilities and sitting room with bacony face to the mountain view. It is the time for stay-still resting and relax and not to go outside for a whole day. My great experience!

夜はあいにくの天気で景色を見ることはできませんでしたが、翌朝は朝日に照らされたススキが気持ち良さそうに風になびいていて、とても癒されました。いろんな面で気持ちよく過ごせたので、またぜひお伺いしたいなと思いました。

お料理も美味しくお部屋も広くスタッフの方は対応が良く、心からリフレッシュできました。
赤ちゃん連れで行きましたが全く嫌な顔もされずに喜んであやしてくれ、赤ちゃん用の作務衣、バンボ、おむつゴミ箱、ベビーバス等色々持ってきてくれました。
少しお高いですがこちらを選んで本当に良かったです。

お値段も少々しますが、サービスが最高峰です。
料理も美味しく、温泉も気持ちが良いです。
部屋に温泉があり、広大な箱根の山々を眺め入るお風呂は心の癒しです。

One of the best experiences I've ever had. The food, the hospitality, and the private open air onsen were phenomenal. I would go back and recommend all my friends to go. It's the experience of a life time and the room was ridiculously luxurious and the establishment was beyond a doubt mind blowing.

Amazing place to stay, great amenities. It's right next to the cable tram, which is convenient. They also offer a driver to pick you up from the train station.

Highly recommend! A perfect stopover between Tokyo and Kyoto. Very luxurious, peaceful, and rejuvenating. The staff is friendly and the spaces are incredibly quiet. Quite accommodating to westerners with near zero Japanese language skills. Again: highly recommend!

Excellent ryokan. Amazing food, great rooms with private baths, awesome view of the valley.

Absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. The hotel itself is very clean and nice and situated in the mountains. The service is unparalleled. Naka was our personal caretaker and provided everything we needed. It is a bit expensive, but when you add up the cost of the dinner and breakfast as well as the amenities in the hotel it is beyond worth it. Would definitely return!
