30Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and friendly about skiing and rentals. Hotel was extremely nice and the breakfast buffet was great
温泉やボルダリング、トランポリン、プール、ツリーアドベンチャーなど周囲にない面白い施設があるのが魅力だが外国人富裕層がターゲットで価格が高く、地元民の利用があまり無いようなので冬以外は閑散ムード。もう少し割引プランも作って人を呼ばないと厳しそう。
Facilities are excellent, resort is excellent, however the operational aspect ski hire etc, could improve with more experience. Food choices on snow excellent, snow excellent.
A direct bus link from and back to haneda airport is needed if they want to cater for international travellers. Currently it is a cumbersome transport link
Simply breathtaking with private ski slopes.
Only downside, they have no vegetarian or vegan options.
Maria from the front desk was absolutely lovely. She is one of the 2 English speaking staff I came across which was super helpful when we were stranded at the akakura onsen ski resort slopes. She arranged a shuttle to pick us up after hours.
I'm giving it 3 stars for this over priced ski resort with lack of veg/vegan food options.
2018年12月22日。連休初日だというのにコース整備がされておらず、コースはボコボコのまま。昨年も雪山好きの間でコース整備レベルの低さが致命的だと話題になっていましたが、改善されていません。がっかりしに来たい客はいないのだから、手抜きせず運営してもらいたいと思います。
Very nice venue, everywhere is very clean. Prices are unrealistic (take the piss), service with a nose pointed in the air. We were charged an additional cost on check in that was not advertised on our online booking, they called it a 'local tax' very extortionate. Won't be back.
Amazing! What an incredible location- beautiful rooms, deep soft powder, awesome facilities for all ages- fabulous family holiday in 2 spacious, connecting rooms- we will be back!
チュービングにジップラインに最高でした。
チュービングは小雨がパラついて大人は滑走禁止に！滑り過ぎるそうです。
スタッフの対応も皆親切丁寧。食べ物も美味しい。
平日ではありますが夏休み中なのにほぼ貸切り状態！
アスレチックもなかなかスリル満点。
