金融業界での転職先を探していてカガワという担当者から連絡がきたので一通り話を聞かせてもらい、いくつか案件があると言われたが特に紹介してくれることもなく金融専門でやっていると言っても何も知識がなくがっかりしました。案件数も少なく正直時間の無駄でした。

I spoke with Kagawa, he has no knowledge about the financial industry and what made it worse was that he said he'll follow up with me to get the jobs that I wanted but never got back to me I chased him several times but kept ignoring me. DON'T USE HAYS

Jack got me a wonderful job in Japan. In fact, it was the very first job he presented to me and I ended up signing a employment contract. The process was efficient and professional, he has a great eye for matching candidates with jobs. I’m so thankful for that!

担当者ごとに個々の個性と強みがあるとは思うが、私の場合は担当者の方の進め方が合理的で論理的で必要な範囲で具体的で無駄がなく迅速的確でとてもスムーズに進んだ。高品質外資系派遣公共事業求人に強いように思う。

I passed the last interview and received a verbal offer, however the pay was lower than what was advertised.
I mentioned it to the HAYS manager, and the next day I received a phone call from him claiming that my verbal contract had been canceled due to the company's "limited budget. "
Probably since I mentioned that the salary was lower than planned, the verbal agreement was canceled. Discussing salary with them should be done with caution, especially with "RUNAN WANG” who doesn't appear to be helpful

I met several recruiters in SNS, they sent me a greeting message via Linked in. If I do not interested to their job offer, they ignored my reply and never contact me again. Hays is not act like them.they kept in touch with me after I got a job.they are checking with me about new position and work role. Hays is not treat me as a material to making money. Thank you Hays.

幸い転職することが出来ましたが、入社後に既に退職している前任者から同僚に連絡があり、別のポジションで欠員補充があった旨を知らされたとか。
いったいどうして既に退職している人に採用状況を知らせるリクルーターが居るのでしょうか。

エージェントによるのかもしれませんが、私の場合は良かったです。
1人のエージェントで決まらなくても、登録を残しておけば、別の（haysの）エージェントから連絡が来ることもあり、私の場合もそのケースで適職にはまりました。

The worst recruiting agency ever. Only care about their salary but not candidates. They even forced me to take the offer by saying that I can’t find better one. Be careful of the irresponsible and unprofessional guy called Moon.

I would definitely like to recommend them to others if they would be in such situation as aiming for a new job opportunity!

I was first connected to a Japanese person who had zero interest to what I was saying. Instead of answering my initial question he asked me a question over question to then turn and say “sorry we don’t have anything for you”.
Later on I was connected to George who was professional and much nicer to connect to professionally, and thanks to him I ended with a good experience. The Japanese team perhaps need more training in terms of communication and professionalism.

Wonderful recruitment company. They helped me a lot and supported very well to find the new job under Covid19 situation. I am very satisfied and so, very recommendable. Thank you very much.
