24 Would not recommend. I ordered a pocket wifi well in advance, and it was late. When I contacted Sakura Mobile, they just said to keep checking to see if it had arrived. Luckily, I was not leaving the city for 3 days, and received it before I had to leave.
The cancellation procedure is also not clearly outlined when you sign up, even in the Terms and Conditions. I returned my wifi early, only to receive an email saying I will be still be charged for another month as there is apparently a cut off date for cancellations, and also a cancellation application. My 3 month subscription was automatically renewed. Despite having already returned the wifi, I have to pay for a month’s worth of internet that I won’t be using at all.
I spent one week in Japan and have purchased the data SIM card for tourists in a very short term. I was very surprised how fast and easy it was to organize the SIM card. I got great support while I was deciding which service to use. I have picked up the SIm card at Narita airport in 2 days and could immediately use it after changing some APN settings. There is step by step guide included how to upload all the settings. I travelled to several places in Japan and was really happy I had internet connection everywhere. Returning the card went also very quickly and easy, I just had to put it to the post box - there are many post boxes in the streets, convenience shops, airport etc. I received confirmation within one day that all went right and that the Items were returned. I would definitely recommend Sakura mobile.the Price for the Service is also ok, not the cheapest one, however the good things have their price)
They help me with my telephone! It’s a reasonable price and decent service! I have been doing business with them for about six months! I am glad I found them!
Excellent service, even on a Sunday. A little hard to find but very helpful assistant solved an issue on another company's sim after our mistake. No problems at all with Sakura sim. Very good deal on adjustable data only sim. Must remember to post sim back using envelope supplied!
