Let me start by saying the room is a little dated, but don't let that deter you. It's like its still new, but in the early 90s. The room beds available for us was a queen and a roll away in a couch. The queen bed was amazing but the room in general was small for the 3 of us. 2 adults and one child. That is the only criticism. The price of everything, including room service, was great as well as the superb customer service. Super elegant hotel. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

Restaurant review, 1st Floor, lunch, weekday. BBQ beef brisket toasted sandwich, onion rings, cold tea. Pretty good sandwich, crunchy onion rings. 1 main and a soft drink came to 2,400 yen.

Attentive staff and ability to add a day to our itinerary made our stay wonderful. A young lady, Erico, at the front desk went over and above with wtiting out simple instructions to help us achieve our itinerary in a logical manner! She provided a simple train schedule and easy to follow map that was perfect! It took so much stress away and added confidence for us as inexperienced train travelers. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. Truly a great stay clean comfortable room and good dining experience at the hotel and local area.

Haven’t been hear since 2016, but it was a fun overnight getaway. Right in the heart of Tokyo with train access within 10 minutes of walking. Views of Tokyo can be seen from some of the rooms, parking can be scarce so be careful. Depending on your style, food here can be ok to great, but there are other options nearby as well.

Wonderful, quiet, clean hotel. We kept thinking we were the only ones there it was so quiet! The location is perfect near the train station, multiple restaurant options inside, and it was great having a shoppette for quick things! Pool was nice (maybe a little small and I think they should have some kind of adult only hours), gym looked brand new and everyone was so pleasant and helpful to us. I can’t wait to stay here again!

So I like the hotel, the safety, the location is near allot of things but not consider Central in my opinion but sadly they don't have bidet toilets. Anyways, nice and safe and not overly expensive with great amenities!

Update: Still same as before but tried the Emporium Cafe BBQ special. Severely disappointed. The meat was soft but had no flavor and heavily relied on the sauce and the Mac & Cheese tasted like water and noodles. Did it even contain cheese? Probably not. Overall would not recommend.

Matt definitely helped out a lot and a very knowledgeable staff. New Sanno is a great hotel clean and has lots to offer in itself. Location is close to the subway station and surrounded by stores. Highly recommended to anyone in the military.

Would be a 5 star if the bathrooms and rooms were updated. Also, not enough Plugs set up by the beds to plug in electronics. I picked up a surge protector so I could plug in the phones, lamps, and my CPAP. The room service and staff were great. The pool was AWESOME there is a gym, NEX, gift shop, post office, and many other things too.

Great place, super clean. AMERICAN Hotel. Food is American portions. Staff super helpful, polite and respectful.

Don't bring non government guests, even Americans. They won't even let them on the property and have to wait outside while you get a refund for the rooms you now cannot stay in, nice staff but i wasn't told non government people cant stay when I booked. All weekend plans ruined and girlfriend birthday plans destroyed

This is a very “American” hotel for Japan. Rooms are fit with full sized beds with good English choices for TV Channels if you like TV. There is a NEX on the premises along with a number of restaurants. On the first floor there is a small Casino with quite a few slot machines. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The restrooms are a little small and I’ve noticed that the hot water fluctuates while showering with short bursts of really hot water periodically.

入り口には警備のプロが厳しく目を光らせており、セキュリティは軍レベルの厳重さかと。まるで映画の世界のようでびっくりしました（（（苦笑。

今回は、友人一家のご招待を受けて特別に施設内へエスコートして頂きました（感謝。

何もかもが超絶豪華でステキ！　椅子や机の一つ一つの規格も大きいな〜と感心しきりでw。

カジノ等の娯楽やプール、お食事などなど… とても充実しており快適ですのよ〜

貴重な時間を過ごすことが出来ました（感謝。

Always put out the do not disturb sign and we Everytime they do it anyways. They literally knocked on my door until I opened it from a nap. I was so confused. Then they said we just wanted to check on you because the do not disturb sign has been up all day? Oh my! The food this trip was awful. Cold Christmas buffet. I won't be coming back for their overpriced buffet food.

It’s always welcoming and comfortable. Great for families with small children. Teppanyaki restaurant was phenomenal. We just enjoyed the stay.

I love going to the New Sanno as they have great personnel with great personalities and service is always the best of the best! Special Kudos to Luke!
