38 マノロ・ブラニクのホリデーアフタヌーンティー（ザ・ロビーラウンジ）へ元旦に行きました。
元旦にも関わらず、待ち客が出るほどの人気ぶり。予約しといて良かったです。
とても落ち着く空間で、とっても美味しいお茶とスイーツ。他のホテルではあまり見られない素晴らしい笑顔での接客！
年明け一番に行って良かった、と思いました
Very nice comfortable hotel in Tokyo midtown. Occupies the top floors, lobby is on 45th and rooms are above, so great view and far above any street noise. Huge bathroom with his and hers sinks, lots of amenities, robes, slippers and pajamas, strong WiFi, plenty of electrical outlets. Coffee and tea makers in room. His and hers closets. King bed. Large, 50+ inch TV, good lighting. We had a wonderful breakfast buffet watching the sunrise. Very helpful, attentive, polite staff. Direct limousine bus from Narita and Haneda, if you have a lot of luggage.
アフタヌーンティーをいただきましたが、45階からの景色は最高です。
目の前に東京タワーやスカイツリーなど、とてもきれいです。
また、お茶の提供も的確です。ホテルマンの方の視線は感じませんが、お茶がなくなりそうになると、また温かいお茶のおかわりをさりげなくお持ちしてくださいます。
立食ランチに参加。食べ物はとても美味しかった。
玄関のドアを出ようとしたらボーイさんがこちらに気づいてるにも関わらずこんにちは～と言いながら入って来たので待たされた。ちょっと驚いた。
六本木駅からくる場合、ミッドタウンを抜けて来ることが多いと思うが、ルートが非常にわかりにくい。というのも、裏道感が強く、リッツの名にふさわしい門構えが全然見当たらない。コソコソ細い階段を降りていくときはちょっと悲しい。今回は用事が二階だったので一階からエスカレーターで上がったが、一階はフロントもなく、勝手口から出入りしたような物悲しさ。せっかくリッツなのに…
Elegant spacious rooms, even the base room which I had, superior service and three excellent restaurants in the hotel. I tried all three. Great views from the rooms which start on the 45th floor. Three floor mall and art museum in same building is a plus.
Best Tokyo Hotel
We used our points to stay 2 nights in this property. First impressions: very popular property. The lobby restaurant and bar were packed when we checked in. They had a ton of attentive staff to take care of us.
We had a gorgeous Tokyo tower city view, on a floor in the 50s. I would recommend the city view over the Mt Fuji view especially since it is lovely both during the day and the evening. We were greeted with macarons and other snacks throughout the stay.
The location of the venue itself is in Roppongi, an upscale area with tons of delicious restaurants. It is very conveniently located in the Midtown Tokyo mall, as well as steps away to the subway line. Since the per-night rate is quite high though, the clientele is mainly people who can actually afford the per-night rate and taxi everywhere, haha. As noted, we just used our SPG/Marriott points.
Such amazing service here. We were helped out by the concierge Risako - she really went over the top to end our last few days in Japan. She helped us reserve at Ushigoro (a delicious Japanese yakiniku place that everyone should try), and also gave recommendations for the area. We also got a reservation at Sukiyabashi Jiro through the hotel, which is the famous sushi omakase owned by Jiro's son, such an incredible experience that is all thanks to the Ritz for helping us book (you need to reserve 1 month in advance).
Amenities: gym is pretty standard, larger than regular hotel gyms. Pool is standard, hot tub has a city view, but not with Tokyo Tower. If you get a chance, you should enter the change rooms where they provide spa services. The female change rooms has a tub with a Tokyo Tower view. The male change rooms has a non-Tokyo Tower city view.
We stayed at the Kyoto Ritz Carlton earlier in the trip and overall still prefer the Tokyo property because of its long tenure, so the concierge and service was so genuine and over the top. Plus, being so well located within the city is great.
We cannot wait to come back again on our next trip to Tokyo!
One of my favorite places to stay while in Japan. It's modern, great service and the views of Tokyo are outstanding.
Amazing service. Moca and Karasawa made my wife and I feel so welcome. This was our first trip with our 1 year old and they made it the greatest. Our room was immaculately clean and they also had a baby crib ready for us when we arrived. We definitely plan to stay here again!
What can you say that hasn't already been said about the Ritz. It is by far the epitome of class and service in the hotel world
I travel for business 70% of the time and have a good handle on the rewards and points systems with all the hotels.
I'm Ritz Carlton Platinum Elite and honestly it doesn't even amount to the plastic card it's written on because they treat everyone who walks in the door like a Platinum Elite Member. The service is that outstanding. Ritz Carlton focuses on the small things that add up to the big difference.
If you want to complain about the prices here I get it. This place is not for the economy minded traveler and it shouldn't be. Its for the guest that has every expectation met from the entire staff knowing your name to the warm way they greet you daily.
The Concierge Desk is amazing with the things they do from making reservations to providing ideas on sightseeing. They truly take care of the customer
Their slogan says, "Ladies and gentlemen taking care of ladies and gentlemen" This place is the benchmark for service.
The Ritz is an experience and not just a night in a hotel
Amazing location connected to Midtown mall and less than 5-min walk to Roppongi subway stop. Tons of restaurants around. Top of the line staff. Concierge is very helpful if you need any information locally and for your trip in other places in Japan. They helped us planned our trip to Hakone and gave us clear instructions on how to get there. Highly recommend!
天井高の雰囲気あるラウンジがフロント横にありましたので、夜はパートナーとのんびりカクテルを楽しみました。 高層階からの眺めはザ東京を感じられます。 夜ご飯は西麻布を利用しタクシー移動でしたが、美術館もミッドタウンも近いのがいいですね。
立地が素晴らしく、サービスも都内でトップ3に入るホテルだと思います。

ロビーのラウンジもとても居心地が良く、スパのジャグジーからの景色も癒されます
45階に到着後、ロビーのラグジュアリー感に圧倒されます。
デラックスキングルームからのビューは昼と夜で違った景色を楽しめる圧巻の光景です。
46階のスポーツジムから見る東京の夕焼けは幻想的そのものでした。
プールサイドでのお昼寝は最高です。

This is in the top 5 of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at in the entire world. It was understated, nothing too flashy but wonderful room views, a pillow menu, great breakfast, wonderful club level and I just can't say enough nice things about it.
Service of the staff is excellent. The location is perfect. Super market and Roppongi station are in the Tokyo Midtown.
Had a great stay - excellent views, attentive service, high quality all around. Still prefer the park Hyatt for ambiance, but this isn't that far off, and the location is much better.
