25Science museum is good overall with lots of info in English. But it lacks in terms of activities. Panasonic RiSuPia is better in these terms. The activity / experience of how internet works was not adequately explained. After standing in line for 40 odd minutes we were not able to enjoy the experience as there was no one help, atleast for non Japanese speakers.

Getting there is rather a challenge, as it is situated in Odaiba. Furthermore, the surroundings are largely bland modern office buildings, hotels, and the like, so there is not a great deal of interest in the area, unless one enjoys shopping. However, the museum itself is fine, and it sometimes has exhibitions of great interest to children.
I wouldn't recommend this museum simply because it was extremely crowded and most attractions which are very basic have very long waiting times. I really liked the big exhibits but, besides that my family and I got bored quickly.
