母の代からこのクリニックでお世話になってます。
とてもきさくで親切な先生で、信頼してます。
母も行く度に色々教えてくれると楽しみにしています。
薄毛が今では大分良くなって、何より健康になってくれたのがうれしい。
ここの先生のお陰です。

しわの治療ならここ、と聞いて受けてみました。
初めてだったので治療中はドキドキだったけど、終わって鏡を見せてもらって幸せな気持ちになりました。
ヒアルロン酸が入ってますという顔にはなりたくないと先生に言ったとおりに、自然に綺麗にしてもらいました。
とても良かったです。

I am very happy with Azabu.
They treated my hair on my face, I was so insecure about how I looked, it used to take a  long time to hide them with a make up in the morning, but now completely all of my facial hair is gone. The doctor here told me I might have hormone imbalance. I did not have my hormone checked yet but she was very nice.

I don’t think anyone should come here especially if you can find better options in Tokyo.
I had a reservation for 12 but was not seen by the doctor until 1. If I have to wait this long to see the doctor what is the point of making an appointment in the first place? I understand waiting 15-30 minutes to see the doctor but this was too long.
They speak English but the customer service and bedside manner is very frazzled and disorganized that I would rather speak to my local doctor even if my Japanese is not the best.
At least my local doctor will listen to me.
Also I was going for acne medication which is usually partly covered by my Japanese medical insurance. However, here I would of had to pay the entire price. This is fine if I had been told this upfront but I was not informed of this when making the appointment.
I never leave bad reviews or reviews in general but I left this practice practically in tears.
I do not recommend this to anyone.

The worst experience ever! Even with appointment you still might have to wait for a long time (for me was an hour and 30 minutes), consultation was made in such a hurry, less then 5 minutes. First few minutes of the consultation doctor was confused, I couldn’t understand what she was talking about. You could feel that she was trying to hurry up. That really scared me and make me decide not to use this clinic. Even we did not finish the consultation, doctor said to go in the waiting place for the price list. She eventually brings one paper with the prices and give it to me in front of the another costumer, “ sayonara confidentiality “. As I was waiting there I could hear everyone else reason for being there, what kind of medicine they have or what treatment they did. Confidentiality zero!
Corona management, almost zero! Just alcohol for your hands. You have to use same slippers, they never clean after costumers. Waiting room is small, many people waiting (they have problems with appointment management). No body temperature checked.
If you are concerned about corona, this is not a good place to visit.
I will never go there ever!
Be careful, so many issues with this place!

ずっと気になっていたシミが綺麗になってしまった。こんなに簡単ならもっと早くくればよかったなと。コロナが少し不安がありましたが、対策もしっかりされていたので安心して施術を受けられました。スタッフの方はみなさんキビキビと動いていて活気があってよかったです。そして女医の先生も、施術金額が高くならないように安い方を勧めてくれたり、そういった配慮をしてくれる親切な先生で安心して治療を受けられました。

At the end of the year, I just want to send my huge appreciation to the doctor for making my face beautiful, finding out the cause of it, clinic staffs to help the procedures. You guys rock!

My friend recommended me to see a doctor here.
I was having a lot of hair shedding, maybe my age or stress, I was not sure but she recommended PRP.
It took a while but now I am very satisfied with the treatment.

婦人科でホルモン療法してるけど、体調がわるく、精神科まで受けはじめた。友人に紹介されここで治療を始めた。今までの治療が悪かったようで、ここの治療で、気分が落ち着き精神科の薬も中止できた。とても感謝しています。

友人の紹介でたるみ治療を受けた。ここのクリニックの安心なところは、手術しないレーザー類からフェイスリフトまでできるところ。手術しない場合も色々な方法があり、かなり迷ったが糸であげるリフトを選択。他のクリ二ックでもしたことがあったが、ここはかなり丁寧で、大満足。ドクターも、この治療だとこれくらいの効果と、治療によって現実的に教えてくれるので、分かりやすい。ちょっとお腹の肉について聞いてみたら、ホルモンから栄養について色々勉強になった。

The office staff were nice but the price I was quoted via email beforehand was suddenly changed to something more expensive. Miscommunication mostly. I wanted a skin check for precancerous spots and was told it would be 12000. This would be fair considering the doctor speaks decent English. But the office then said they wouldn’t communicate the areas to be possibly removed to a hospital that is covered by my insurance.

Not for medical purposes but nice enough office. With that said, 5500 for a 10 min consultation is pushing the limits of being absurdly overpriced

I started breaking out several years ago, at the same time feeling not well. My friend introduced me to the doctor here  since her acne got cured at this clinic. She suggested peeling, some laser and blood check. My face started look better and more than anything, I was very impressed that the doctor hit all of my symptoms by analyzing my blood check panel. I started hormone treatment also and I regained my health too. Highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor is highly skilled with filler injection. My dark circle are gone and I actually look better than I was younger. She really made me more attractive than I expected.

I am seeing Dr. Chiaki Kawashima for Hormone Replacement Therapy. She has been phenomenal with treatment on balancing my hormones. After two months of bio identical hormone therapy, I am feeling much better. We work as a team, she instructs me and I do my part as well to help myself and help her to help me by communication and medication adjustments. After surgery induced menopause in 2014, my world turned upside down with multiple, miserable symptoms daily. I have seen many doctors and specialists back in the U. S, but none have helped me like Dr. Kawashima has. She is a Godsend! I love her staff, those girls work hard and always are on top answering my emails as needed. I am forever grateful for the doctor and her staff. I recommend anymore suffering with menopause or just feeling unbalanced, please go see Dr. Kawashima for treatment.

Rate is too much high and result not good for me. And my problem is back again when i stop the treatment. Its not long last so its make me disappointed.

They burnt my skin doing a laser hair removal. The doctor was very rude with me and did not want to take responsibility for the burn. I do not recommend this place at all.

I had a liposuction here for my back and I am very happy with the result. Doctor here was very kind and I like her and the staff. One thing though, not every staff understands English so sometimes I had to wait for woman doctor or English speaking staff.it seems the clinic is popular.

爪の水虫で長年飲み薬を皮膚科で出されてもよくならなかったので、ここのレーザー治療を知り、試しに治療を受けた。
なんと一回で治った！今までの飲み薬はなんだったのか？
爪の水虫で悩む人は皆受けるべきです。

I had a filler for my eye bags and the result was excellent. I don't look tired anymore and my whole face looks great now. Doctor was very professional and experienced.

Dr. Kawashima is indeed the best doctor in Tokyo if you’re looking for anti-aging solutions. Had thread lift and botox injection done by her and my friends noticed that I looked younger but couldn’t tell why or how.
