Doctor was very professional and took time to explain the treatment in detail. I had a chemical peel and am very satisfied with the result. The whole experience was nice and I will go back.

I had my Therma cool done here and the doctor was very kind and friendly. My Vanquish experience was good too. Lost a few inches on my waste line. Will definitely recommend this to my friends.

ほうれい線と目の下のたるみがひどく、数年悩んでいましたが、友人が受けて綺麗になったこのクリニックで思い切って施術をうけました。

診察も丁寧でヒアルロン酸注射だけでこんなにきれいになるとは大満足です。化粧が薄くてすむし、とても良かったです。

I went to this clinic for my weight management, and it was a great experience. Doctor examined my metabolism in details, taught me what to eat, how to eat, and underwent the treatment. I lost quite a lot of weight, at the same time got so much healthier. I am very happy.

I’ve been there multiple times over the period of two years approximately and have spent thousands of dollars, I was satisfied with the results but never happy with their customer service. I always had to wait more than 15 minutes before they called me. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes a couple of times. But it is not my main complaint/ issue and I am okay with that sometimes.

One time, I had a face laser treatment in the morning and after the treatment they gave me some pills but they didn’t inform me that I should have eaten something before the treatment because the medicine is a bit too strong. I wasn’t even aware I had to take those pills after the treatment. When I told the nurse that no one informed me I should eat before the treatment, she said: really? I was pretty disappointed. My question is why didn’t you tell me that before getting laser done during the consultation or before the treatment? I believe it’s an important piece of information to share with a patient. It reflects poorly on the clinic’s management as well as the quality of their customer service.

Very recently, I got a laser removal treatment done and they messed up my eyebrows. My eyebrows looked so much better before and I regret going there. I explained to the staff who can speak English what I’m expecting because I’m VERY particular about my eyebrows and I was VERY clear that I do not want any hair shaved outside of the area that I marked to be treated later. After waiting for a while and going to the exam room, the nurse asked me what I’m getting done and she seemed unsure of what she was about to do, I could tell because I’ve interacted with dozens of nurses there over the course of 2 years ish. At the end, she shaved some hair ‘outside’ of the areas that I marked under my eyebrows and I was pretty upset about that. Now my eyebrows look pretty bad and thiner that I want them to be.

My Japanese is not good enough, and I have always been communicating with the staff in English. Therefore, I always expected the staff to FULLY explain to the nurse the treatment that I requested BEFORE calling my name because 1) they are aware that I do not speak Japanese well and 2) the nurse (s) don’t speak English, so clearly I can’t answer the nurses’ questions before or during the treatment. I had the same thing happen a few times and it can be frustrating. I think that shows a lack of communication and unorganized business. Aren’t you supposed to explain to the nurses what the patient requested clearly and fully before calling the patient’s name?

Finally, after speaking to some staff about my eyebrow situation and telling them how I honestly felt about the results and expressing concerns. They sent me to see their doctor. Their doctor didn’t seem opened to a conversation and I didn’t feel welcomed from the beginning. Instead of genuinely listening to and addressing my concerns, she kept interrupting me and saying: “sorry I don’t get it. Can you say that again? ”, “um? ” And “I think your eyebrow looks fine. I don’t see a problem. ” You are not in the position to tell someone that their eyebrow looks fine when she/ he is clearly not happy with it, and has explicitly expressed their dissatisfaction. Her attitude was bad, she was (is) quite arrogant and even her body language and face expression were not welcoming at all. In a nutshell, she made me feel like I was a nuisance and insignificant. It was UNBELIEVALE. Doesn’t the patient have the right to express concerns or their honest opinion about a treatment results, especially a regular patient/customer who’s been going there since moving to Japan?

I’ve been to a few skin clinics in Japan, Korea, the US and other countries and this was the least friendly and professional doctor that I’ve interacted with and the least organized, professional and ‘put-together’ clinic that I’ve been to.

You just lost a regular customer/patient who just introduced a friend. So, two customers.

I hope you will improve your ways, though I don’t think the doctor’s attitude will.

Do NOT get lip injections here. I had my lips done before in my home country, and this doctor was just terrible. She was unfocused (she even left the room in the middle of my treatment to see a different patient!) and left my lips with two big lumps. I tried to massage them out, but even after two weeks my lips still look rather deformed. In addition, I’m quite sure she charged me for more product than she actually used since I have almost no change in volume (except for the two lumps.)
On top of that, the whole visit took me over three hours because the dear doctor kept me waiting for quite some time before and after the consultation as well as before and during the treatment to consult and see other patients.
I really do not recommend this clinic.

Best clinic for us who can't speak Japanese! Accommodating doctor and friendly staff. A bit of waiting time but it's worth the wait because the doctor answered all my questions.

The doctor that saw me was a nice lady, and that's why I'm giving the clinic two stars and not one.

The customer service wasn't good. The first time I booked an appointment for a consultation, the person who I was corresponding with (Kato) not only sent me the map to the wrong branch, but I found out when I called the clinic that I was listed as having an appointment at a different time, so I was forced to reschedule and ended up having wasted a trip.

When I actually arrived, I came 20 minutes early in case any preparations were needed. I ended up just waiting that period of time, which was okay, but when I was to see the doctor, she asked the staff if I had washed my face already (which the staff had not asked me to do, even though I had just been waiting) which resulted in them letting the doctor see another patient instead and more waiting for me.

Needless to say I won't be going back.

I took a trail for suggested treatment and it was a complete fail even though I was led to believe its gonna work. May be i should go for a different treatment but I lost my confidence about the clinic.

This review is an apology for my previous harsh review. May be My previous harsh review was unnecessary and harmful to the clinic which was not my intention.
They left me a long and thoughtful feedback which changed my opinion into thinking the clinic care about individual patients.

Thanks for taking away my eyebags, Dr. Kawashima! The fillers worked great and now I don't have to put tons of concealer on it! Saves me time and relieves me of stress from looking old! See you next week for follow up!

Friendly staff, but cash machine. Staff is very nice and accommodating, but doctor shows little empathy and spends as minimum time as possible with the patients. Very cold at first. Seems a big part of the motivation is to sell extra-stuff and long-term programs to bring cash in. My treatment didn't really work out out, but I knew success was not 100% guaranteed.

明るくとても綺麗なクリニックでした。家内の付き添いでカウンセリングを一緒に受けていたところ、突然の私の部分脱毛の相談にも乗って頂きました。予約が無いにも関わらず、その日のうちに脱毛処理をして頂きました。
先生もスタッフさんもとても感じが良かったです。

Best clinic for making people look young! Doctor recommended different treatments for my face and thermacool was the best for me! Will come back for more and also with friends!

Waited an hour and 10 minutes to see the doctor before I was told it would be another 10 to 20 minutes more so I left. A patient should not have to wait almost 90 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. At a minimum, the staff should have keep me updated instead of letting me linger in a small exam room. Was very disappointed by the lack of customer service so I will not be returning.
