きちんと手続きして退会したはずなのにその後も月会費が引き落とし続けられ、電話すると退会の証書を探したが記録がない、引き落とされた料金は返せないとしれっと言われました。退会したはずの日以降に同所でビジター利用していますが何の指摘もなくビジター料金も二重取りされました。本当に悪質です！気をつけて下さい。

This gym is enormous, spread over 3 floors, Floor 4 - cardio and reception, changing rooms. Floor 3, a large weight machine floor with very large bright windows across the entirety of one side. And B2 - which is accessed via elevator too, with cable machines, squat racks, weights, pretty much everything you need.

Everything is in excellent condition and staff are always on hand. There was a friendly atmosphere at the gym, seems that a lot of hardcore gym goers go here. The changing room has a sauna and showers, and is quite clean. Lockers are large.

I am a tourist so ensured I brought my passport with me, the price was about $30 for a daily pass, which I thought was fine.

I don't have a tattoo so I can't relate to the other reviews in that sense, but I highly recommend this gym. Staff were great, lots of equipment, clean, LARGE. Nice atmosphere, sells protein shakes and gym gear also. Great location! During the day it was never too busy.

このジムは受付・更衣室・マシン類が多い鏡張りの上層階、フリーフエイト中心の地下に別れています。
その為、場合によってはエレベーターで地下と上階を行ったりきたりする羽目になり移動が面倒。
地下のフリーウエイト中心のゾーンだけでもウエイトは十分なほどの設備は整ってます。

Rika a staff memeber who works there is SO lovely. Perfect English which i wasn't expecting. She was extremely helpful the 2 times i went here. Great gym everything you need lots of free weights. Thank you Rika for a great experience:)

とあるプログラムを体験したくて訪れました。なので受付で対応したスタッフの評価です。スタッフが公式サイトに載っている店舗オリジナルのクラスを把握していない、スタッフにフィットネスの知識が乏しい、若手スタッフが質問しているのにベテランスタッフが邪険に扱う、明らかに新規のお客さんを入れる気がない話し振りなどで、幻滅してしまいました。

Unusual rules will leave you confused and grasping for straws. Front staff tried to help but were unable to aid English speaking consumer. I hoped that an internationally known venue would be able to assist in feeding my gym urge but unfortunately I could not keep up with the rules and the whole experience was frustrating.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Probably one of the best gyms in Japan in terms of equipment. They have 3 floors with one being dedicated to cardio and reception. The other one dedicated to machine weights and is split between a open section and a womens only section. Then the basement floor which is dedicated to serious lifters, probably one of the best places to train for body builders or power lifters.

Been refused entrance because of sleeve tatoo if you are foreigner with tatoo don't waste time by going there no point. For the first time in my entire life experienced dyscrimination! Really bad experience

Racially prejudice at its most obvious, they want to have an original passport and make an illegal copy. They could not tell me why they wanted or what they would do with that.where else in the world do they need a passport to use the gym. The website states ID not Japanese ID so this gum is for Japanese only?

Turned me away because of a small arm tattoo. Came back with long sleeves and they banned me from the gym.

Water fountain tastes like chloride, too many rules and weird locals. The only thing I like is that they open 24hrs

便利なところにあり、地下への移動は少々めんどうですが
客層としては基本的にはオシャレでちゃんとトレーニングしている方が多いのでいいかと思います。外国人の人が多めです。

ただ、シャワーの水圧、水量が弱すぎて本当にイライラします。
全店的にお風呂がちょっとぬるめなのでもうちょっと熱いといいなと思います。
