23 緊急事態宣言下で、ランチ営業もやってます。
新型コロナウィルスの感染対策は完璧で、要請に100%従ってアルコールも提供を自粛している。
コロナ禍以前は満席状態だったが、いまは収益が激減だとか。
2021年7月18日現在、申請している協力金の振り込みはないとか。
とにかく自民党政権のコロナ対策は幼稚園児以下。
真面目な店が報われないような世の中は良くなくて、一番の被害者の店ではないか?

Really awesome food and vibe. Owner is a real people guy and you'll feel like you're special. Staff are off-the-scale cool, but you will drop cash. Don't think you can come here get a glass of vino and chill for an hour; not that kind of place; you will be offered excellent izakaya-fusion food and you're expected to eat. Cozy. Intimate. Just noisy enough. Restaurant has two parts; the older part (on the left if you're facing the building) has more of a classic vibe, the newer (non-smoking) area has the same excellent food but the decor is a little more straightforward. Prices are reasonable, but you will be offered a lot, so you may want to factor that in. You can bring your own vino if you want, it may have been about 500 yen for corkage.

特にお刺身がお勧めです。
料理人の技術力は高く、料理のクオリティーが高いのに、気取った態度は一切無し。フロアのサービスマン含め、コミュニケーション能力の高さに驚きました。料理、サービス、店の雰囲気、全てがハイレベルで融合しており、この店でしか味わえない価値があります。その上、お店の歴史が生命として宿ってる様な、なんとも形容し難い不思議で楽しいお店。
気取らず楽しく仲間とお酒飲みたい時、

Friendly place with reasonably priced multiple course meals. The tuna ribs were tasty. A great introduction to Japanese seafood.

I have to give it 3 stars for the food, service and freshness, it is probably one of the most adequate seafood restaurant in Shibuya! I would passively recommend if you are ever in Tokyo! But there are other places so

Arrogant and grossly overrated location. It’s reservation only. Not first come first serve.which not even the Michelin star rated places do. All those guides turned it into a gaijin hub too. If you want to eat fresh sea food, there’s plenty of other places around and for the Izakaya vibe there’s even more locations. Don’t waste your time here
Lively and fun place with very helpful staff, most of whom seem to be able to speak at least some English. Food was amazing! We went with the chef’s recommendation of the tuna ribs which were so juicy and tender. Will definitely go back! Reservation recommended as it seems it’s always packed!

Their stewed Tuna was really tasty and drinks are reasonably priced.
This place was soooooo good, my friend ordered something for us and dish after dish after dish came out, they were all fantastic! Raw fish, cooked fish, chicken, tofu, soup, and finishing up with cherry blossom icecream. Absolutely one of the best food experiences I had in Japan!
Tuna rib & fish carpaccio are delicious. BUT service is horrible, the stuff rarely comes check on the table and completely miss my order of sashimi. They also charge a 400yen of appetizing charge without any explanation. Overall pretty disappointed with the experience.
Fantastic food, rather creative with big portion. Ambience is good. You need a reservation to be able to eat here. The 11 course meal took us 1 hour 45 mins to finish and pay (4536yen with tax), so not for those in a rush, more as a treat to yourself to sample all the famous Japanese dishes cooked in a fusion way. Highly recommended. A lot of foreigners done here, so many waiters can speak English
The food was amazing, I've never enjoyed fish so much my entire life. It had a really fun atmosphere too, the staff were really friendly.
Quite touristy place, but excellent sea food menu at very reasonable prices.

One of my best meals in Tokyo, and that's saying a lot. Order the tasting menu and you won't be disappointed. The fish is as fresh as it gets, and all dishes were both beautiful and flavorful. Make sure to taste the tuna carpaccio it is to die for.

Don’t believe the good reviews! We got really really bad food poisoning from our meal at kaikaya (!).
All though the staff was quite nice and charming the service was very slow.the food which we have read so many good reviews about was not more than mediocre. Food and sake extremely expensive and overall feels like a big tourist trap.
What an incredibly hospitable experience. We took the tasting menu along with some amazing sake. The staff made it a truly memorable meal. I highly recommend going.
Always a good experience. Dishes size are big so be careful to not over ordering. Negative point is that it’s too smoky. Service is great and all staff is english speaking. Very foreigner focused but an amazing experience for sure if you are visiting Japan.
We were Charged a mini-sesam-vegetable-Salad of the size of an espresso-Cup with 3,50 USD. We were not informed that it has this price, we got starters like that for free in Every other restaurant we‘ve been to in Japan. Food is average. The place was freezing cold. Can‘t understand the hYpe.
