熊田先生のご対応は素晴らしいですが、人気過ぎて予約がなかなか取れず、基本的に当日は空いていないのが難点。
緊急で行く人枠みたいなのを設けて欲しい。
あとまあまあ待ちますので時間に余裕を持って行きましょう。

脳腫瘍の手術の後に声枯れが酷くなったのでこちらの耳鼻科をお勧めされました。熊田先生は本当に優しく穏やかな方で、丁寧に説明とconsultationをして頂きました。慎重にリハビリプランを立てて頂いたり、炎症のお薬を処方して頂いたり、コラーゲン注射のオプションのお話など色々お世話になりました。本当に安心して信頼出来る先生だと思います。これからもどうぞ宜しくお願い致します。

田先生と彼のスタッフはとても親切で親切でした! 私は仕事で街に来ているのですが、右耳に詰まった耳垢に2日間苦しんでいました。医師の診察以外の解決策を見つけようとしましたが、うまくいきませんでした。

予約なしで行きましたが、事情を話したら快く受け入れてくれました。とても丁寧に対応して頂いたので、このクリニックに出会えて本当に感謝しています！！

のクリニックは同時に5人ほど予約します。 10分前に来て30分待ちでしたが、とにかく私の前に2人いました。また、カードでの支払いも受け付けていません。多くの時間をロスしたひどい場所。

予約で行ったのに30分以上も待たされ、後から来た人よりも後に診察されることに…
忘れられていたのか分かりませんが、後の予定も大幅に狂い、大変不満が残りました。
診察は問題なかったです。

The best experience I had with a doctor in Tokyo. All the 5 star reviews are true and I cannot recommend Dr. Kumada enough. I live closer to Saitama, but I don't even mind traveling this far.

He took the time to understand my problem (I had an ear problem), took out some books where he visually showed me what area of the ear he was talking about, did multiple procedures and was just overall so nice, caring and thoughtful. This is not that "15-minutes and you're out no matter what" procedure, that is so common in Japan. Dr. Kumada took his time with me.

For a person who had traumatic experiences with doctors before, this was almost therapeutic.

I used to go to another ENT doctor who specializes in singers and is very popular but honestly there's no one like Dr Kumada. He really listens to you, he has a good sense of empathy and when he talks to you seems to be your counselor as well. He's not trying to sell you stuff or prescribing things if you do not need it. I stand in awe for how great professional he is. Japan needs more doctors like him. Needless to mention the staff is awesome as well.

Probably one of the best and nicest Doctor I’ve seen in Tokyo. He is so kind, patient and listens to all your concerns. He does an absolute thorough check regarding your concerns and is equipped with technology to do so as well. He explains the problem very well and even goes down to the root cause and helps fix that too! I’m so happy I found him for any ENT related matters. His receptionists are very sweet as well and they speak English fluently. Dr Kumada can also fluently communicate in English which is helpful for any non Japanese speakers. The pharmacy is located right near the clinic as well so that’s very convenient to pick up your medication.

The doctor is very kind as well as the assistants. He knows well what is your problem then he really go to process to cure it.

I have been a few ENT doctors in Japan, but this has been my best experience. The doctor is fluent in English and is very kind. I will be going back.

Dr. Kumada is the best, I had a recurring sinus and nasal issue. He was patient enough to explain it thoroughly.

The clinic is 1-hour from my home, but worth the visit. Foreigner-friendly staff and speaks fluent english. Best ENT doctor in Tokyo.

There’s a lot of waiting in this small clinic even if you come on time for your reservation. But even then Dr. Kumada is probably the best ENT in Tokyo

Had a fantastic experience here with an inner-ear issue. Dr. Kumada is kind, gentle, sincere, and very knowledgable. Highly recommend this clinic if you are experiencing any ENT problems!

Friendly, professional doctor and staff. I appreciate how the doctor explained my condition in detail using a live camera feed. Good English too.

And I have to say, I've never seen so many Beats by Dre devices in one place. They've got the speakers, the desktop computer, even what looks to be the Beats by Dre piano. There has to be a story behind this, but they're so busy I don't want to ask.

Really nice doctor. English is great. He’s very friendly and caring. He takes extra time to listen to you. Highly recommend.

Due to seasonal allergies I take trips to the ENT a lot. And I strongly recommend Dr. Kumada! He’s truly the most kind, patient, and helpful doctor in Tokyo. I feel very fortunate to have found his clinic. On top of his excellent English, he is compassionate and takes the time to explain your diagnosis and answer any questions or concerns you may have. I wish that he could be my doctor in every other field as well!

病気が分かるまで5ヶ月、分かった後も2ヶ月ほど、治療の出来る病院が近くになく、いくつもの病院を転々としましたが、その間も日に日に症状は悪化していきました。他の病院では、そんな病気はない、気のせいだとかもっと酷い患者は沢山いて全然大丈夫とかあまり真剣に聞いてくれない先生が多く、ここの先生や言語聴覚士は話しをきちんと聞いて下さり検査や治療方法など丁寧に説明して下さりました。
1番驚いたのは私がクリニックに着くなり、待合い室に出てきて「早めに来て頂いてすみませんね、予約時間になるまで言語聴覚士の方と聞き取りなど先にやっときましょうか？」と気を遣って言って来て下さり、その方がまさか院長と思わず、最後診察する時に同じ方だったので、驚いてしまいました。とても気さくな優しい先生で遠くても来て良かったですし、これからもここでの治療を頑張りたいと思えるクリニックでした。

This clinic is the best that I have found in Tokyo with English-speaking staff. The doctor and the staff are incredibly professional, kind, and helpful.

This clinic is cozy, well-maintained, kid-friendly and has an attentive, English-speaking staff which gives them an edge over others. We can also feel the doctor’s passion for his job by taking time to ask detailed questions in order to get to the root of the problem.

Our neighborhood is an hour away from Kumada clinic but the long trip is worth it.
