I am very happy to say that Kumada Clinic is best clinic for Ear Nose and throat.
Dr.and staff are very polite. They can speak very good english. Way of dealing also impressive.
I had flu alergy last 7 years. I visited so many doctors and took lot of medicines but result was zero.
First check through Kumada clinic i am better now.
Almost alergy and flu gone.
I highly recommend to visit Kumada clinic.

I called yesterday (9/19/19) right before they closed and they were able to get me a short notice appointment the next day, a Friday!

I have had no experience with ear issues in the past, so this was my first trip to this sort of doctor. It was a great one! The staff were all nice, were able to communicate well in English, the doctor was able to fix my issue in no time, and most importantly of all! He is compassionate! A very nice person who is willing to help others.

In the span of two years i’ve been to multiple hospitals and clinics in japan and none of the doctors told me exactly what my condition was and that i might need an operation to prevent future trips to hospitals.doctor kumada was very patient, he genuinely cares for patients and he asked a lot of questions whereas my other trips to other doctors were just them doing the talking.if you don’t speak good japanese or at all, it’s best to go to someone who speaks your language.highly recommend doctor kumada.

今までの体験ですが、発声障害対応の病院は都内でも、全国でも非常に少なく、きちんと患者一人一人に対応してくれる病院も少ないのが現実です。しかしこちらの病院は、院長先生、言語聴覚士さんも患者の意見、気持ちをきちんと聞いてくれて、治療法も丁寧に説明をしてくれ、患者の事を考えた対応をしてくれます。料金も他院より非常に良心的です。発声障害で悩まれたら、まずこちらの病院に相談してみるのがオススメです！

Fantastic experience. Definitely recommended. The doc is slightly on the older side, but he speaks excellent English and is extremely thorough in examining and treating patients. Make a reservation before you go, it will make your life so much easier. The rates are very affordable as well (especially if you have health insurance).

I was having stuffy nose and blockage from several months. So i went in the clinic without appointment. Had to wait a lil bit (expected) and met with doctor. Doctor Kumada explained thoroughly whats the problem is and why this is happening. I loved that part specially the way he explained to a person without any medical knowledge.
Highly recommended. Doctor can speak both English and Japanese.

People came later but left earlier than me. I arrived 10 minutes earlier than my appointment As a non Japanese I was kept one hour waiting before checking.

The elderly doctor is super nice and considerate. He speaks good English, asks questions and takes time to diagnose the problems. I'm happy with his treatment halfway through. I wish the building entry didn't have the stairs so mothers with stroller or those on wheelchair could visit easily.

Dr. Kumada is super nice, speaks perfect English and helped me out by trying different methods of testing. Unlike other ENTs I have visited, he asked questions, listened to my symptoms carefully and tried several things to make sure there was no underlying problems to worry about. Thank you so much!
