41 カフェの店員の態度が悪いです。
カフェラテを注文してシロップやストローなど聞くまでなにも提供されなかったです。
シロップをくださいとお願いして、渡す際もバイ菌を渡すような掴み方をして渡されました。
食事中以外でマスクをしていない人に対して大きな声でマスクをしてくださいと他の人にも聞こえるように言うスタッフは周りを気にして注意をするようにしてほしいです。 (何回も注意しているならわかりますが…)
スターウッドグループのなかでは異質なコンセプトのホテル 若い人が一晩中遊ぶにはいいですね。静かなホテルを希望するには不向きですね。特に問題はないですがバスタブがなくシャワーだけなのはつらいかな
I have stayed here multiple tines. It’s convenient for the Skytree side of town, and the local metro station is very good for getting around.

This Marriott owned chain has consistent service and quality. The staff are friendly and efficient in service. The breakfast has a large variety of options sure to please anyone however it is not included in the standard room rate. There’s coffee available in the morning in the lobby and the bar is always open. The rooms are smaller than average however are of high quality.

泊まってる方の８割は海外の方のようでした。海外オシャレ系ビジネスホテルってとこです…
常にフロントでクラブのような音楽が流れていて、ワイワイしたい人には楽しいホテルかと思います。部屋はとてもキレイです。風呂は無く、シャワールームのみです。
僕は静かなところが好きなので、星３つにしました。
Great location, combini available right across the street. Staff are friendly and helpful even if you speak limited Japanese. Room was clean and great to stay in.

Great service, the beds are extremely comfortable and there is a 7-11 directly across the street for all your needs.
A fun and refreshing take on a hotel. Has a college campus party vibe so it appeals to the younger at heart. Well appointed rooms are spacious and modern by Tokyo standards. Within short walk to the station and lots of restaurants. I also liked the gym!
Complaints by other guests about the area are more a reflection of poor trip planning rather than hotel management.
Good hotel with all amenities you need. Location is a bit odd and not very practical to visit the city though
ランチのラーメンは、ザ業務用ラーメンって感じで、味は普通。
ただし、驚異のお代わり無料！替え玉ではなく、頼めば本当に別の味のラーメンを持ってきてくれる。
わりと少なめなので、食べ終わる前からお代わりを頼んだ方がいい。
Great vibe. Great location. Great English speaking front end staff. Rooms are comfy and we'll thought out. The only negative if there is one is that the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of bars, pubs, and gentleman's clubs around it. At night there are lots of touts outside but they leave you alone for the most part if you're not interested. I never felt unsafe walking around the area at night but it may be a turn off to some.

Rooms somewhat small but have great bathrooms. Unfortunately no bar fridge, but this wasn't a problem for us.
Location near railway and subway and close to the Skytree tower.
ランチに利用しました。店内は広く音楽の音もあり周りを気にしないで食事が出来ました。
麺ランチにしましたが、ボリューム不足だけど、おかわり出来るので800円でこれはお得だと思います。次はカレーランチ (大盛り無料) を食べに行きたいです。
Overall I had a wonderful stay here. Great location, staff was courteous/helpful, and the breakfast was decent. A bit pricey and the rooms looked bigger on the Marriott website however those could be stock photos of a different Moxy. Got to speak with the manager of the property who is a lovely lady. It's very refreshing to see managers out and about rather than cooped up in an office; really says a lot about how much they take the job seriously.
Great if you are between the ages of 12 and 25. If you are older than that or are a Marriott loyalist and think you will get even close to your normal experience.well, no.
I had stayed here in March, and while it was still basic, it seemed like there was more of an effort. And Will is right, if you are walking around in the evening you will have to navigate past several hostess clubs.
都心部に在るホテルとしては、料金の割には部屋は広めである。何処かの北陸のチェーンホテル比べると安くて、設備も良い。
今は、同じグループとなったが、SPGのアロフトホテルを更に一層？カジュアルな感じにしたホテル！.
但し、ホテル近隣は大阪並みの如何わしい繁華街だけに、ホテル内の雰囲気とは街の雰囲気が全くミスマッチ！
We stayed there this August. It has small rooms but very clean and affordable. We did not stay in the room much. This Moxy is very close to food, shopping and 3 blocks from the train and subway station. It is in an older neighborhood with night club district. Local bars are open all night. It very convenient when your jet lagged and up all night anyway, head over to the bar. It can be alittle noisy at night so ask for a higher floor on the southside.
