It was such a very cozy and lovely place.from being here for 5 year's i never regret, because this is the most cheapest place i ever have but still comfortable.

It's been a year since i visited tokyo and i stayed for a month in mayflower guesthouse. This was my first time to stay in a shared house. And my experience could not have been better. Good environment and great ambiance! The people i met are all nice! Price are extremely reasonable for that location. I should have wrote this review earlier though! I will surely stay here again when i come back to tokyo!

I am new to tokyo this is myfirst stay here. Mayflower was very accomodating and location is convenient. Ambiance was good and environment is quiet. I enjoy my 3 weeks stay here.

立地を考えると値段は破格だし、リビングも広い。
以前住んでいたシェアハウスがやばいところだったので評価が甘くなっているかもしれないが
良いゲストハウスだと思う。
時期にもよるが、私がいたときは外国人が多く、日本人も良識的で、友好的な方が多かった。
あと、ほぼ毎日管理人が顔を出してくれるので、困ったときには相談しやすい。
エアコンの規定が厳しかったり、シャワー、洗濯機、乾燥機が有料なのがいまいちだと思った。
あまり多くを期待しすぎなければとても良い場所です。

Improved service than before, new appliances/things and good place who are planning for a long stay, building is old but they renovate it, I stayed here before, and I stayed again now because of my great experience.

My experience was better than expected. Though, I thought the room to be larger but as long as it's clean and necessities are accessible, this is okay. Restaurants, drugstores, and even the 100shop are closest here. Initially I was going to stay here 3months or less, but I guess it would be longer.

Very good place at cheaper cost.will stay again soon.place is very near to train station, and tourist spots

I would have to say that my stay here was good. Even good for short stay and backpackers. Especially people new to tokyo. Since you dont need to bring anything but your own personal belongings and i love how convenient that there is a coin laundry in the building! No need to go out! Restaurants and convenient stores is just a minute away!

I've been staying here for 4 years.so far, there was no problem back then.i moved out today and also i resigned at work.so, i will stay for a while at province and once the pandemic will be more subsided, i will get back to stay at mayflower.this is where i used to live and because of its cheap rental fee.

This place has good ambiance, the price is reasonable, considering the place is in the center of tokyo and in an expensive location. They have complete kitchen equipment and utensils, coin laundry, a fast wifi and the nearest station is only 6 minutes away. The neighborhood is very calm and clean.

The guesthouse is accessible and convenient for me because this place is closer to school, I never went to school late. It has fast internet connection which I can search without hassle. Aside from that, the rooms are fully furnished. Coin laundry is also available, leaving the place is now not necessary. Staying here is definitely safe, there's a safety pincode located at each doors that has access only to respective guests. The place is quiet enough to study, I can review at ease.

・ベランダで大声で会話（電話）する外国人がいてやかましかった。
・部屋から外を見るとタバコがポイ捨てしてある。建物全体の掃除がされていない。オーナーは衛生面に金を使ったらどうか。
・他にも書いている人がいるが、壁が薄すぎる。足音、テレビの音、その他生活音。
・表玄関だけリフォームされていて一見きれいだが、築40年以上は経っていると思われ、部屋などは非常に古汚い。写真に騙されないように。
・地下（一階？）に洗濯機もあるが、汚れやホコリなどで使いたくない。
・非常に不衛生。近くにコインランドリーあり
・電話をするとわかるが、オーナーの対応がぶっきらぼう。面倒見が悪い。まずは建物の掃除から初めて欲しい

・Foreigners who talk loudly (or phone) on the balcony like every night. Littering cigarettes, messing around. No one cares
・The wall is too thin. Footsteps, TV sounds, and other life sounds. Only the front door is beautiful, but this hotel seems to have been over 40 years old, and it is very old. Don't let the photos fool you.
・There is a washing machine in a basement (1st floor?), but I don't want to use it due to dirt or dust. Very unsanitary. You had better go to the coin laundry.
・As you can see by calling, the owner's response is but.

The hotel is in proper condition and always maintaining the cleanliness of it, making sure customers like us are having a comfortable stay.it was all worth it.highly recommend!

The sharehouse is okay but the room is quite a bit small, it's really good for one person only.maybe it depends with its price.if you're on a budget, this is for you because it is cheap and affordable.

Reasonable for its price.the place was clean which makes every guests like us have a great and comfortable stay.

Staying here is all worth it.aside from the price is much cheaper than the others, the rooms are clean and comfortable.highly recommend!

Out of many hotels I've visited these past few months, for me, this is the best. Excellent Job!

Staffs were approachable and easy to get along with! Plus, it has the essentials which made our stay worth it. Hoping to be accomodated in our next visit again. Great job!
