My room was clean and place is near to station. Very convenient. They also jave fast wifi and cabled television. I recommend this place with my friends. THank you.
It was such a very cozy and lovely place. All that we need was there. The service was so good. I'll recommend to all of my friends and family this lovely place

The wall is too thin. I can hear every sound from next room, footsteps, TV sounds, voices. So noisy.
Very-Low-wifi. Can’t watch movies smoothly.
Shared laundry and dryer is so dirty. Unsanitary.
I stayed in 2 of their rooms, visiting 8 of them in just 3 days. That was my worst experience ever.
I'm going to upload every picture I took, because it was incredible. Fasten your seatbelt, it's going to be a long story. (IT
-HANZOMON MAYFLOWER HOUSE-
It all began a while ago, when I was searching for a place to stay for a month and an half. I found them on Tokyo Room Finder, kinda sketchy, but a lot of other websites were like that. I contacted them and, sadly, I couldn't go to see the room because I was in Italy.
They asked for 30.000¥ to book the room (it was for ~45 days, so it's fine) and so I sent them. When I arrived, I was put in a room that I didn't booked but that it was "bigger than the one you wanted to book! ". Meh, ok (it was actually slightly bigger, but the bed inside was blocking everything (picture 1).
Then I asked if it was possible to move into another room, since only 3 out of 6 were booked.
The second one I saw was pretty nice, but it had this mold smell that made it impossible for me to sleep there (NOTE: I'm allergic to mold and I told the guy who was "aiding" me choose the room) (picture 2)
Sadly, I don't have pictures of the third room, but it was at least ok (it was dusty, but nobody was supposed to sleep there, so it's ok). At the beginning, it looked like I was going to be able to move in the third room, but after 10 minutes I had to go back in the first room.
You see the AC in picture 1? That's like a big fan, not an AC, and the window is stuck (I mean, they stuck the AC in there), so good luck with japanese summer.
The day after that, on Sunday, me and the guy that was taking care of me went to
-ROPPONGI MAYFLOWER HOUSE-
Where they have an entire building.
I visited 5 rooms here, one at the second floor that it was in the middle of the building, so it had no windows and it smelled, three at fifth floor, and they were kinda nice, except for the mold growing on EVERY wall (picture 3, I mean, you can see it from the door) and, at last, one on the basement.
The basement one was kinda good. Pretty new, no signs of mold, central air conditioning. Kinda small, but overall fine.
OH RIGHT, THIS WAS THE ONLY HOUSE WITH FREE SHOWER. All the other houses had coin showers, and in HANZOMON sharehouse, you couldn't even change the temperature, and it was set on "Mordor".
By the way, I took this panoramic photo (picture 4) on Sunday 5th, at 7.20 (picture 5). As you can see from my timeline (picture 6) I was roaming around Tokyo all day, and I got there at 7.19 (picture 7).
Why am I stating that? Because of (picture 8-9-10). It was renewed on molded walls, but I found it out only two days after (I had 7 hours of jetlag and on Monday 6 I started my first day of work here).
After I reached the limit, I decided to move away. I still don't know where I'll be sleeping from now on, I'm writing this waiting for a train in the nearest station. I sent everything to them and they started saying that I had to pay them back for I had broken the house.
After I sent them timeline and timestamp, they started threatening me (picture 11).
And well, I don't know what to do except writing my first 1 star review. (At least, I think it's my first, but surely it's the first time I'm this angry and disoriented)
Hope you can avoid this place. Please, don't make the same mistake I did.
EDIT: IT MESSED THE PICTURES, OBV!
8-9-10 are referring to the fake wall glued on the mold.
EDIT 2: I ALSO FORGOT TO SAY that he claimed that the bank kept almost 9.000¥ of commission, roughly 70€!
