25Friendly staff, convenient location. You can get to both the Nishi-Shinjuku and Tochomae stations via underground walkways, and the hotel provides a free shuttle to the Shinjuku station. The in-hotel restaurants are a little on the pricey side, but the Japanese breakfast is an experience you should do once.there's also a 7/11 downstairs which serves for quick snacks. Rooms were comfortable with many amenities and nice views.
Service is amazing they speed a decent anmount of english shuttle bus to take you to shinjiku station that runs every 20 min only reason its 4 stars is we asked for 3 seprate beds and 1 is a pullout lounge
新宿西口の都庁に隣接し、 新宿駅からは地下通路からのアクセスが 便利でした。 大きな荷物がある場合は、 ハルク前からシャトルバスもあります。 敷地内 (一度屋外に出ます) に セブンイレブンもあります。 今回は仕事で地下の宴会場を利用しました。 ホワイエまわりはカウンターテーブルが 多く配置されており 必要に応じて内棚が利用できるワゴンも 利用可能で受付業務に便利でした、

Stayed here for a week during a business trip and was very satisfied with the overall experience.
The location is good in that it's easily accessible by subway and walkable to certain areas, but bad in that you're essentially in a corporate/financial district without any character or charm.
Rooms are big and very clean. I thought the shower was terrific but found the beds to be kinda hard (not uncomfortable, just stiff).
Food is solid as well. I had the breakfast buffet several times and room service as well. Each experience I was happy with what I got. Things were obviously pricey but that's just how hotel food goes.
A standout of the stay was the staff. Every interaction I had with them was stellar. They really go above and beyond to accomodate requests or any need you might have. They were exceptionally helpful when it came to getting reservations and helping me plan trips to things like Tsukiji Fish Market.
Overall, I would stay here again, but only for business. If I were doing some personal travel, I would look elsewhere for a more interesting neighborhood.
