I have been talking with Lloyd at Argentum and he has been responsive and helpful, providing advice and introducing me to specialists for my particular financial situation.

I was introduced to Argentum by a friend and they helped me match my financial plans and current spending against my future goals. They have been in touch over the years to ensure things are heading in the right direction and I appreciate having Lloyd Danon as a contact who is happy to give honest feedback and discuss options and ideas.

Not really having taken care of my assets over the years, I searched for someone here in Japan that could manage my financials and came across Argentum Wealth with Lloyd Danon as my financial advisor. Lloyd is great as he takes time to explain all details to non financial people and help me with my specific situation. He took very good care of the entire process and made it a breeze for me to set up my accounts, which by the way are doing great! I just wish I would have come across LLoyd and Argentum Wealth earlier, a lot of lost years before them…

The company have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about advising my portfolio investment. My financial advisor, Martin, has been great at giving me a holistic view of my options and, importantly, where he thinks the risks and rewards are situated. The clerical support has also been prompt and helpful. A company that values professionalism with a personal touch.

As a long term foreigner living in Japan, I have found that it is challenging to invest in overseas markets. But my advisor David Rubenstein has really helped clear up items in my portfolio in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend him to anybody as he has an acute understanding of investing and financial markets. Argentum also has a wonderful support team that are very responsive to administration requests. We were notified that our bank would no longer carry our investment accounts including IRA's and that we had a limited amount of time to transfer our accounts. Because we are expats, no US based brokerage wanted to take our accounts and it seemed we were going to be forced to liquidate everything, and pay taxes and penalties. BUT. Martin Zotta at Argentum came to the rescue! Getting our accounts transferred was a difficult and tedious process, but Martin kept working the problems until it was finally completed just a couple of days before the deadline for rolling over our IRA! Thanks Martin and Argentum!

As an American expat having just moved to Japan, there aren't many people to turn towards for solid financial advice. Argentum's overwhelmingly positive reviews seemed too good to be true, but the staff really is fantastic. I could tell that they actively work with the client's best interests at heart.

I came to Argentum Wealth looking for two things: a financial review and recommendations for an accountant that could handle my unique tax situation. Martin made time to talk with me on the phone, with no commitment expected from my end. At the start of our call, I was a little wary in giving a (at the time) stranger a window into my financial life, but it became apparent that Martin just wanted to get an accurate picture of where I was at. He gave really solid advice and feedback tailored to my situation.

More importantly, it was done without having felt like I was being pushed to use one of the company's products. Martin did of course speak about what Argentum Wealth could do for me, but purely with my best interests at heart. In doing so, Martin was completely transparent in how Argentum would be benefitting from the relationship, so I didn't once get the impression that I was being deceived. Martin even emphasized that at this point in time, I don't need to use any of Argentum's products due to my situation, but still continued to work with me in my financial review.

Finally, Martin gave a direct contact to an accountant specializing in expat taxes. That alone made the call completely worth it. If I need services related to wealth management in Japan, Argentum Wealth will be the first place I turn to.
