恵比寿駅から5分ほど歩いた所にあるアジアベストバーに何度も選ばれた素敵なバーです！
席は少ないのでオープンの18時と同時に行けば席はあります！予約を受け付けないので、19時に到着すると満席です。
メニューにはアブサンを使っているものと使ってないものがあるので最低でも一杯ずつ飲むと違いを感じる事ができて楽しいです！！

Amazing cocktails, service, and atmosphere. Can’t think of anything to improve. A really impressive bar.

Great bar. The most famous bartender was not there on a Thursday night but the bartender that was there was great, and perfect English too. I was under the impression there would be more seats in the bar but it’s really about 12 sits total of which I would say 7 at the counter. Prices are clearly printed on the menu. I want to go back to try out more absinthe.

They charge 500yen extra here on top of your drinks. Other best Tokyo bars such as Sg Club and Ben Fid you don’t have to pay extra.

Best cocktail bar in town! It’s not a big bar and doesn’t take reservations so you might need to wait in the line to get in.

外観はヨーロッパ、ハリーポッターの世界を思わせるような雰囲気。
真っ暗な深夜に、電灯の灯りと、黒壁のお店がとてもいい。
お酒を飲む前にこの雰囲気に酔いしれる。

女性客や海外のお客さんが多め。
ほんとに小さなお店なので、待つかも。

世界のバーランキングに毎年名を連ねる実力店で、カクテル日本一も2名輩出しているのだとか。

薬草酒やアブサンを使ったカクテルが多く、
メニューはどれもおもしろそうなものばかり！

かつてセレブの社交場として賑わったNYのクラブのカクテルのツイスト。
ハーブとハチミツ、洋梨が織りなすラグジュアリーな風味。

季節のカクテルやまだまだ飲みたいカクテルがあるので、通いたい！

Absolutely a must visit. BGM is phenomenal and sets the mood right. Foreigner-friendly with a wide array of drink selection, even for light drinkers like myself. My favourite is their bloody mary for that ceasar spicy flavor. Absolute fire! The bartenders are a delight with friendly banter all around. Coming in solo is welcomed and not discouraging in the least. Recommend a counter seat if possible and on a weekday evening. You'll have a great time~ So far, it's been a wonderful visit for me each time in this quaint and intimate bar.

Looking for a rustic cozy spot for some casual drinks on a Friday night, this is your jam. The spot is famous for its cocktails and absinthe with reasonable prices. Suitable for date nights as well, the place is surrounded by other lively bars. You can pick this as your いけめん spot or the 2nd or 3rd really. Just note that they don’t have a food menu here (I saw they only serve katsu sandwich here and I think it changes depending on the day/week) so make sure not to come on an empty stomach.

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. But pre-mixed cocktail poured from one bottle cannot be at this level, even if it is a drink with clarified milk.

Excellent service and top notch drinks. I highly recommend sitting at the counter. You can enjoy watching the bartender make the cocktails and talking with them.

The place is small and intimate with amazing music. There is a small balcony for smokers. If you’re looking for a good evening out, look no further! Can’t recommend enough.

They speak perfect english being raised abroad.really great music with their concept.delicious drinks and friendly staff.the only con would be it’s size but bar triad is just around the corner and they do the same menu on the weekends if im not mistaken.bar triad is equally good in its own right in my own opinion

I can say here’s the best bar in Tokyo. Perfect atmosphere with great music selections. I’d like to taste all cocktails, they are just awesome

Love this place for the music, the half Brazilian bar tender and the amazing selection of cocktails. I personally loved the Brooklyn and The original old fashioned and some great liquors also the books i could take a Glace at

普段外国人観光客で激混みでなかなか入れないという恵比寿trench。trumの姉妹店でどちらも人気店、今だからこそ贅沢に滞在できる。店員さんも気さくで楽しく、心地よい空間です。200529現在21: 30LO 、22: 00までの営業。

Probably the best cocktail bar in Tokyo. Great selection of bitters (real bars use bitters!), creative cocktails but they don't shy away from making the classics very well. It's very small, not great for more than a few people in your group, best for a cozy one on one drink.

Bartenders are always very friendly.

Ambiance is very fitting with speakeasy chic, including bartender outfits.

The cocktails were amazing and the service staff was very patient in explaining the menu and providing his recommendations (in English!) Seats are limited so do pop in a little earlier. Not exactly a place to hang if you are with a big group though. Their chocolate cake was super rich but delicious.
