21Highly recommend. Best steak I’ve ever had in my entire life was here. I’ve been here three times: two for dinner and one for lunch. For lunch, they serve hamburger steak which was best hamburger steak I had. Be mind that they change everyday which part of beef they serve for dinner. For first dinner, I had “Shin shin” steak and it was the best and is the one in the picture I attached. Looks raw but taste never raw but full flavor and juice, even jelly like springiness and cuts like butter. My second dinner was good but it was not shin shin (didn’t bother to ask) and not as shocking. I recommend shin shin and ask them when they serve shin shin and make reservation that day. I am usually new york strip lover but shin shin is another level. Hope this place last forever so that I visit them whenever I am in Tokyo. Thanks for reading.
