43One of the cheapest and most flexible real estate agencies in Tokyo. The apartments are usually very convenient located and are fully furnished. Of course, 70.000 or 80.000 Yen may seem a lot for a old tiny apartment but considering the location, the flexibility and that they are fully furnished it is still a very good deal. You will not find any cheaper apartment for the same conditions which is that close to Shinjuku/Shibuya. Personally, I had never any bad experience with the service. They normally help you out wherever they can.
Bad service. Be very careful when you sign the contract, read carefully.
There is one point that allows them to enter your rented room without your consent after you notify them about moving out.
You think it's just there and they will never do it? They did. Twice.
We have quickly found our apartment on Fontana website. The paperwork was fast and straightforward (no complicated steps like I experienced in other renting companies). When we had some issues in the apartment (we have lived there for some months, it happens), they were fast to respond and to react (a technician came and fixed the problem the day after).
